"The entire meal cost us $50, and at the end, they asked if I wanted to add a tip to the card—making it uncomfortable for customers to choose a lower tip. The quality of food we received was the lowest, yet not at the lowest price. For comparison, Prime in Port Charlotte offers complimentary bread and a delicious salad with their meals, which are hearty enough to leave you with leftovers. We fed three people at Prime twice last week for $80, while this disappointing meal for three cost us $50 just once. It’s hard to understand why anyone would choose to spend their money here.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment again due to the poor service, substandard food, and unclean conditions. Additionally, they charge more for card payments, which feels deceptive. Accepting card payments should benefit your business by making it easier for customers to pay. It seems like a sneaky way to take advantage of the fact that most people use cards today. Overall, it's a disappointing experience."
