"My wife made a request for bagels before I started my return drive to GA from NJ. The unanimous LEO and local recommendation was Terrace Bagel and after my experience, I completely understand why. The store was busy but moving efficiently. The service wasgreat and two different employees checked to make sure I had everything before I hit the road. And the store was very clean. (I?ve got a service animal and it makes a difference. Kudos. Everything was wrapped well no spillage, no spreads findingtheir way out of the bag and the cold brew was pretty good. My wife and children loved the black and whites, devoured theblueberry bagels. But the real prize was the pastrami on rye. It has been years since I have visited a decent deli (just isn?tthe same down here and had the privilege of enjoying an ?eyes closed while eating it?sandwich. But somewhere along the roadwhile skirting the Shenandoah Valley, I had that moment when I unwrapped that beautiful rye. I honestly had to stop to enjoy itbecause i lost all focus. So, in the midst of a 14 hour drive along the East Coast with white clouds rolling in, the sunshining down, and green hills all around me?that pastrami on rye stopped being just one of the best sandwiches I?d ever had andstarted reminding me of all the good stuff in my life. (Probably should have ordered ten of them. And for that, I amgrateful. Thanks for the genuine welcome, excellent service and truly amazing food. Looking forward to finding an excuse tocome back and do it again."

"They seem like really nice people but I have to say they are absolutely gouging their customers! A bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is $7.49 and that’s their CASH price. Not sure I am allowed to mention competitors on here so I won’t give out the name but a comparable if not better bagel shop right down the road on main street is $5.79 for their same exact sandwich. That’s a 30% difference. And that’s not the only comparison. Literally every other deli I’ve purchased the same exact sandwich for in the area is considerably less. This is not a typo they are gouging $7.49 for a bacon egg and cheese! You know what’s the worst? When a business owner complains that prices of things are up so they have to make their profit. I get that. I own a business as well. But when your competitors at 30% less than you then you can’t use that excuse anymore. When eggs were super expensive stores raised prices. Totally get that. When the price goes down you are supposed to help your customers out and adjust them back, not continue to take advantage of them and fatten your wallets! It’s simply unacceptable and I will not be going back.Update: The sandwich does come with a coffee or Small OJ but most of their competitors do also! What if you don’t drink coffee or OJ? Do you get a discount? Cmon that’s just an excuse to drive up the price. In one instance there is a place that does not include coffee or juice but you can purchase for a discount of $1 so it’s still cheaper than your prices. There’s nothing to argue here , you are overpriced. Period. As far as complaining directly, would that change anything lol. This is not personal so stop taking it personally. you seem like a really good guy just admit that you are expensive."
