"Made an OpenTable reservation with short-notice (20 minutes before) and got immediate confirmation. Arrived and found the restaurant mostly empty (being shortly after they opened), while OpenTable was only offering outdoor seating as unreserved in the given time slot. We were seated at a four-top in the sun when there were other outdoor, shaded four-tops vacant the whole time we were there. Seemed like the restaurant was responsive to, but also somewhat dismissive of patrons who are coming to them from OpenTable. Only one or two tables of patrons arrived in the hour that we were there, so it was pretty obvious that tables and times were nowhere near fully booked. The food taste and quality, atmosphere, table service, and value are all exceptionally outstanding, so we had an overall great experience. Nevertheless, I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement in conscientious and attentive accommodation for the comfort of patrons when offering reservation tables and time-slots."
