"Capitol is a decent destination for drinks in Bloomsburg. I can't comment on the food, because I haven't eaten any food from here in a very long time. But the drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced, and they have a fair beer selection. Late night and during certain collegiate celebrations, it becomes quite packed and the atmosphere becomes more like a club, with a big dance floor, loud music, etc. So if that's your jam, hit it up, you won't be disappointed. If it's around the end of the Bloom U semester and you're just looking for a quiet drink, I would perhaps recommend a different establishment."
