"Space is great, and beers are tasty. Bartenders are cool too.The only minor issue I have is the inconsistency in their tasting policy. I 've been here many times for to-go cans and bottles. I usually just pick out a bunch based on the descriptors, but occasionally I 'll ask for a taste of something new, if they actually have it on tap. And they were always generous enough to let me do so.This time, I 'd already picked out 3-4 bottles, and just wanted a little help deciding whether or not I should grab another 4-pack. So not being able to taste it tipped the scale towards no . Nothing against the bartender following shop policy. It was just a little disappointing.Still a 5-star brewery for the beers."
