"My order consisted of chicken chunks, 10 wings, nachos and fried pickles. I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 7:50pm. I get there at 8:10 and they said they was running 15-20 minutes behind. I told the woman at the window that it is 20 minutes past my pick up time. I preceded to go sit back in my car. At 8:30 i called to check on order. I finally received my order at 8:36. Almost an hour past original pick up time. I get home expecting hot food. Nope, pickles was cold, my chucks was lukewarm( tasted great)nachos, was good and the wings was warmer than chunks but not hot. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in my food. I understand being understaffed but almost 2 hours for an order is crazy. I also think that having a walk up window for pick up is ludicrous. To stand in line in the cold is very poor customer service."

"I went in to command one and nobody worked the front counter. a person who appeared as a cook looked at me, but said nothing. the ovens did not make pizzas, nothing was cooking. Finally, a dame went up and asked me if I had an order to go and before I could put my order the phone was standing and she answered the phone to take this order. low-occupancy, bad customer service. in a high crime area. bad situation."

"I usually don't write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was honestly terrible. The customer service was awful, with our waiter barely acknowledging me when I placed my order. She didn't check on us until presenting the bill, despite the fact that the place was nearly empty. The food was even worse. My friend's chili cheese dog was bland, and the fries were undercooked and unseasoned. I ordered buffalo wings, but they had hardly any sauce on them, and the "dry ruin" wings were basically just roasted salted chicken skin. It was extremely disappointing, and one of those moments where you regret going out to eat because it's not worth the money. I would never go back to this restaurant. It was just really bad."

"It's a pub located in a strip mall. I sat in the outdoor tent and was pleasantly surprised by how busy it was. The service was outstanding; every staff member checked in to see if we needed drink refills or anything else each time they passed by. I had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and a chili cheeseburger for lunch. My friends ordered beef tacos and cheese quesadillas. The beers were served cold and in large goblets. Here’s my assessment: the mozzarella sticks and burger were standard pub fare (good but not extraordinary), plus crunchy onion rings earned an extra star; the large, cold beers added another star; the exceptional service deserves a full star; and enjoying decent food with friends after a day at the beach gets another star. I would definitely return."

"Our first visit, and was a bit disappointed. The pink lighting in the dining room made I 'd difficult to read the menus. The fried pickles were mushy but I did like the sauce served with them. The chicken wings were on the small side, but were adequate. Order hot , which I normally wouldn 't do for a first visit, but it really wasn 't very hot, comparable to medium at other wing places. French fries were served cold. A pork tenderloin sandwich was served with a hard bun. This place was one of the noisier places we 've ever eaten in."

"Enjoyed Fricker’s so much I stopped by twice in one weekend! I was hooked the moment I found out pitchers of beer are $6.50 Casual, no-frills sports bar with plenty of seating. Tables are admittedly tight but the vibe and number of TVs make up for it. Service was always at our table when needed and the staff took great care of us! Strongly recommend the chicken wings. They come with a thick layer of crunchy breading, almost resembling fried chicken, but the meat stays juicy on the inside. Sauces aren’t too hot so don’t be afraid to push the envelope a little."

"After our graduation, I was looking for a place to eat that wasn’t too busy. Unfortunately, the service we received was quite poor. There were seven of us, and the server took all our orders by hand, then read them back to us. However, my order came out wrong. We had made a specific special request, which was also incorrect. By the time they brought it back, the rest of the meals were already finished. It felt like we waited forever to be served, and the server never returned to check if we needed anything else. As for the food, it was just okay."

"A friend had told me about this place. My mom loves seafood so I thought a place called 'calamari 's ' would be perfect. I was stunned that they had a tuna salad sandwich on their lunch menu and that was all the seafood that was offered. It was during Lent, too. The place is dark and has the open ductwork like a Buffalo, NY trendy eatery (lol). But my turkey burger was good and not overcooked. Mom like her BBQ pork flatbread. They have an extensive beer menu! And eclectic cocktails. There wereany families here for lunch. They were showing SportCenter on the TV so it has a sports bar vibe."

"Excellent mom n pops diner to grab some classic good eats with huge plates full of food. Most everyone ordered the breakfast special with hot cakes, eggs and ham, but I went for the corned beef hash and two poached eggs which was made with perfection. My boy had the burger and fries which he scarfed down and my nephew had the sausage breakfast burrito. Customer service was on target as well, thank you ladies. I'd definitely come back to Peggy's to have some breakfast or lunch."

"The owner is a very unhappy and mean person which right away gives bad vibes for the place. "I’ve been ordering from here frequently since the pandemic began, and I can honestly say they make the best fried chicken I’ve ever had including the many places I’ve tried in Korea! While most of my orders were takeout, I did eat in a few times when it was safe to do so, and I will say that their service was not the greatest and our orders were wrong 2 of the 3 times I ate in. However, they were quick to fix the errors, so I didn’t mind much. My takeout orders were always correct and just as crispy and fresh as it was when we ate in. I’ve introduced many people to this place, and they’ve all loved it as much as I do, if not more!There was one incident today when I ordered takeout, but the manager’s very sensible response made it completely fine. The person taking my order was a new employee, and despite physically pointing to the menu and confirming my order verbally several times, the new employee put my order into the computer system incorrectly. Furthermore, the order they put into the system was incorrectly filled. Given the multiple mistakes, I called to let them know, but the person who answered was entirely unhelpful (though perfectly respectful and apologetic). I don’t blame him since he likely did not have the authority to do much, but it was really frustrating that he kept offering free fries instead of just fixing my order. He even told us (more than once) to come back and purchase another order of chicken and that he’ll just add some sauce for free. This call, in addition to being left with food we did not want nor ordered but had to pay for, put us in a terribly sour mood, so I asked him to tell the manager to give me a call. The manager was extremely understanding and kind, and he apologized profusely. He very proactively mentioned that this whole ordeal must’ve left us in a bad mood and that we should’ve gotten what we ordered. He immediately made things right by refunding the full order. I definitely will continue to eat here and recommend this place to others!"

"This restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. My wife and I visited for a date night before heading to a movie. The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant had a charming, dimly lit vibe. I loved the modern touch of ordering from tablets. I chose the Gyros Plate, while my wife picked the chicken breast lemonati. We were impressed by the rich flavors and generous portions—enough for two meals if we had wanted to take some home. They also have outdoor seating that’s sheltered by an awning, in addition to ample indoor seating and an event space. One odd feature was the presence of slot machines in the back of the restaurant, which felt a bit tacky and out of place. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Just a note: parking is available right in front, but it’s quite limited."
