"EDIT: YIKES! So you’re just going to flat out lie now? ? I was the only person standing in line in front of you when I asked the question at the time and you damn well know this. And even if that happened to be the case (which it wasn’t), I asked a simple yes or no question that you could have answered in 2 seconds. I had asked if my name had been called because I wanted to make sure that my food wasn’t sitting on the counter getting cold, especially after spending $80 on it. I wasn’t asking if you “could” call my name. And the guy who eventually gave me my food called out my name anyway, so I don’t get the point you’re even trying to make right now. ? But at this point I can tell you’d just rather envelop yourself in lie after lie instead of taking accountability for the sake of your own business. -1 star.Ordered food for pickup and then we stepped away for a bit to walk around while they were preparing the order. We came back a little later and asked the cashier, Matthew, if they had called me (as in called my name). Matthew proceeded to pop an attitude and say “No we’re not going to call you.” Trying to figure out where the attitude was coming from, I realized he thought I was asking if they called my phone. I tried to clarify what I meant the second time and he just repeated what he told me before. And it wasn’t until I gave him the same attitude he was giving me back that he finally gave me the answer I was looking for; an eta of when it would be ready. Dude’s anger was blinding his common sense. If he didn’t have such a nasty attitude to begin with, it wouldn’t have taken him 4 tries to answer my question. He wasn’t the only worker in there that seemed to hate his job either, because I noticed a couple of instances of workers mumbling passive aggressive things under their breath about customers.Food was alright (only reason this is getting a 2 star instead of 1) but Mathew’s petty attitude left a bad taste in my family and I’s mouth. Would not recommend this place unless you’re getting delivery."
