"for the first time visit this restaurant, although we have lived here for a long time. we are not big German food buffets, but enjoy an occasional brat for a step change. my daughter talked about the German history with my son, the story major. So we wanted to have German meals to go with the talk. by we found this restaurant and tried it. the atmosphere was interesting with pictures, graffiti and kennzeichen at the walls. if they have ever been in one of our river city cafe hamburg restaurants (they have great burgers, they will understand the atmosphere. our waitress was brilliant and explains the different meal times, as we were relatiw newcomers. we ordered various meal times so that we can make our own rehearsal (see pictures.) the whole food was great and the portions, generous. we talked to a lady who checked on our table, I think was a owner. she said they were here since 1984 and soon it can end. the restaurant is located in the old part of the beach, which goes through big changes. all old buildings are sold and demolished by the owner. then they plan to rebuild modern, but boring, strip-style spot fronts as part of the city, aka benefits from the history. they do not know if they will try to reopen after their stay. another part of myrtle beach pastness will soon be gone. we are planning to return soon before the closure, which I believe in a few months. So if you want to try a delicious meal, hurry up."

"Last night we went to the restaurant bavarian hunter as a birthday dinner for my mother. we had a reservation so that we knew we had one table inside and ready since two of us came out of the state. we sat right away and offered drinks quickly and asked if we wanted any appetizers. After my mom picked up the menu online, she knew that she wanted to try the routine. she asked if there was anything else, and the server went gracious to check. to the happiness there were still a few portions and they reserved one for my mother, while the rest of us our dinner options. we wanted to try a lot of things, so this was a serious consideration! we ordered the kaze spatzle and (on recommendation of the server) the sausage plate as starters. both were delicious and I recommend trying. next came the rolls and a creamy chicken, speck and kartoffel soup. the suppe was delicious, but the rolls were dry and hard. the main course consisted of rouladen for my mother, gay with brotknödeln for my father, the Bavarian favourite for my man and the frame carving for me. when the food came out, my mother remembered that she wanted to taste the Bavarian potato salad, but had not remembered in time to order it for dinner. our server heard and asked if she still wanted it because she could get something for us, and we said yes. my personal favorite was the raymond carving, followed by the selection of my vater (the schweinaxe). he remembered that he was a child in this restaurant and that was what he had ordered at that time. he said it was very tasty, but wished it could have been calf instead of pigs. my man liked all the flesh in his favorite plate. he said that the frame-fitted carving was his favorite. it was tender and juicy, with a delicious sauce. second, he liked the crisp that had a big smokey taste. overall we agreed that the red müll was the best beside court. the potato dumplings were simply ok and the brothknödeln was very dense and dry. Unfortunately, neither my mother nor I were overly impressed by the Bavarian potato salad, although I had ordered it especially. we'll skip it next time. because it was a birthday dinner, we ordered two desserts to share. one was a brotpudding with cries and a bailey glaze, and the other was a lemon and blueberry cake. my mother and my husband loved the brotpudding, while my father and I loved the lemon cake. they were both amazing, but we had our favorites. all in all, we are back. this was a part of the better German kitchen that we had outside our own family kitchen(s). the restaurant itself was really nice, the people friendly and super helpful, and the outdoor area beautiful. Many thanks to the restaurant Bavarian hunter for an excellent dinner!"
