"The food was great. I was there with my daughters visiting one of them at PSU. We had peirogies and the Bavarian pretzel to start. Both were delicious. I had the Weisswurst platter and really enjoyed it. One of my girls had the corned beef deli board which really flavorful. My other daughter had the chicken parm and loved it. I had the kostritzer schwartzbier super! Our waitress was super busy but appropriately apologied for a delay at the beginning. Overall great experience we’ll be back."

"This is a serious sausage place. It was born out of the old TAKE OUT ONLY Rosamunde on Haight Street. Traditionally the service can be a bit “rustic”, but most sausages are pretty good. It has been approved by many German sausage lovers. The beer selection is superb. Great variety from sour to IPA they even have a great non alcoholic IPA! Atmosphere is only good when it is busy otherwise it feels pretty dreary and sad. It is a bit more pricy than I like it, 2 sausages and one beer is $36."

"great German food! we went to the German village while in columbus, as we loved German eating and we were not disappointed. After we had read some reviews, we had the pleasure that it had a huge waiting time. I cannot imagine why it is so much more popular than valter’s. we loved our food and our drinks. the service was amazing and we did not have to wait for a table. if they want good German cuisine, this is the place to go! side note, it will not be safe everywhere great reviews, as the rating is so low here. eating, drinks and service were the best notch."

"Prime Meats has been my weekly go-to for six years. I vary the day of the week based on my schedule and also to catch up with some of the wonderful staff based on their shift. The sausage board was delicious. The leftovers are going to make an appearance in my frittata tomorrow. The steak frites continues to be a wonderful surprise every time. But it really is the staff that brings my family back. It was hopping this past Friday but our meals arrived quickly."

"I am pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They offered a diverse menu with many tempting options. We started with the lobster sliders, which were hearty and crunchy with celery, providing a nice mix of textures. For my main course, I had the short rib mash, which was incredibly flavorful and the meat fell off the bone perfectly. For dessert, I indulged in the fried Oreos with ice cream, which was as delicious as it sounds. I have walked by this restaurant many times without considering trying it, but now I am glad I did. I am happy I decided to dine here instead of solely relying on reviews!"

"The food is authentic, but the service from our waiter was lacking in courtesy. I felt rushed and hurried the moment I was trying to decide what to order. A little patience would have been greatly appreciated. PS: We went back again this past weekend after seeing Cabaret awesome show by the way. The food was just as good but this time Charles was our waiter and he could not be more polite, attentive and patient answereing all my questions about our meal. Whenever we are in Flat rock this will definitely be our go to restaurant of choice."

"We visited this restaurant for Tenderloin Tuesday after hearing great things about it from a pork tenderloin group. I must say, it was fantastic! I ordered a half sandwich, while the men with me chose the full size. It was crispy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor. I enjoy mine with lettuce and mayo, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. The place was empty when we arrived at 11:15, but by noon, it was completely packed. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!"

"Upon entering, you'll notice a stunning thick slab table with a live edge to your right. The ordering counter is straight ahead. I tried the Reuben, which came with generous slices of beef and great flavor. The bread was also thick and delicious. The hot potato salad reminded me of my grandmother's recipe! Unfortunately, they can't get Spaten Optimator for the time being, but the food alone makes it worth the visit."

"The food and ambiance truly capture the essence of Bavaria, Germany. The beautifully painted walls make it feel like you're gazing out at the Alps through large picture windows. The restaurant features smaller dining areas, which helps keep the noise to a manageable level, even when it’s bustling. Musicians dressed in Lederhosen and traditional Bavarian attire stroll around, playing polka tunes on their accordions and occasionally singing German songs. The food is outstanding! The prices align well with the ambiance, allowing you to enjoy a European dining experience without the need for a plane ticket. This is our go-to spot for celebrations or whenever we're feeling nostalgic for Germany. The selection of beer and wine is extensive. While the vegetarian options are somewhat limited, they are still delicious (I personally recommend the Polenta). Still, I make it a point to visit whenever I can! My favorite part has to be the fondue; they automatically serve a pot of it alongside pieces of bread (you can also order sausage and crab for dipping). I plan to eat here every chance I get!"

"for the first time visit this restaurant, although we have lived here for a long time. we are not big German food buffets, but enjoy an occasional brat for a step change. my daughter talked about the German history with my son, the story major. So we wanted to have German meals to go with the talk. by we found this restaurant and tried it. the atmosphere was interesting with pictures, graffiti and kennzeichen at the walls. if they have ever been in one of our river city cafe hamburg restaurants (they have great burgers, they will understand the atmosphere. our waitress was brilliant and explains the different meal times, as we were relatiw newcomers. we ordered various meal times so that we can make our own rehearsal (see pictures.) the whole food was great and the portions, generous. we talked to a lady who checked on our table, I think was a owner. she said they were here since 1984 and soon it can end. the restaurant is located in the old part of the beach, which goes through big changes. all old buildings are sold and demolished by the owner. then they plan to rebuild modern, but boring, strip-style spot fronts as part of the city, aka benefits from the history. they do not know if they will try to reopen after their stay. another part of myrtle beach pastness will soon be gone. we are planning to return soon before the closure, which I believe in a few months. So if you want to try a delicious meal, hurry up."

"It's becoming increasingly rare to discover a deli that maintains its own distinct standards. I've visited this place several times, and their hot dogs are exceptional. I've also sampled the pastrami on a few occasions—it's delightfully smoky with a nice peppery bite. However, there was one time when it was a tad too salty, which hints that it's made from scratch and may vary a bit with each order. You place your order at the counter, and they call your name when it’s ready."

"This restaurant in Paola is one of the few places where you can find a good vegan meal. I usually order one of two options: either the veggie fajitas without cheese or sour cream, or the Burrito California without sauce, sour cream, or cheese. I always get them with black beans and no rice. I'm not sure if the guacamole is vegan, though."

"I visited this restaurant with a unique and cool building and setting. I ordered the dad bod sandwich and it lived up to my expectations. I also purchased some items from the amazing full-service butcher shop located on site. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"Last night we went to the restaurant bavarian hunter as a birthday dinner for my mother. we had a reservation so that we knew we had one table inside and ready since two of us came out of the state. we sat right away and offered drinks quickly and asked if we wanted any appetizers. After my mom picked up the menu online, she knew that she wanted to try the routine. she asked if there was anything else, and the server went gracious to check. to the happiness there were still a few portions and they reserved one for my mother, while the rest of us our dinner options. we wanted to try a lot of things, so this was a serious consideration! we ordered the kaze spatzle and (on recommendation of the server) the sausage plate as starters. both were delicious and I recommend trying. next came the rolls and a creamy chicken, speck and kartoffel soup. the suppe was delicious, but the rolls were dry and hard. the main course consisted of rouladen for my mother, gay with brotknödeln for my father, the Bavarian favourite for my man and the frame carving for me. when the food came out, my mother remembered that she wanted to taste the Bavarian potato salad, but had not remembered in time to order it for dinner. our server heard and asked if she still wanted it because she could get something for us, and we said yes. my personal favorite was the raymond carving, followed by the selection of my vater (the schweinaxe). he remembered that he was a child in this restaurant and that was what he had ordered at that time. he said it was very tasty, but wished it could have been calf instead of pigs. my man liked all the flesh in his favorite plate. he said that the frame-fitted carving was his favorite. it was tender and juicy, with a delicious sauce. second, he liked the crisp that had a big smokey taste. overall we agreed that the red müll was the best beside court. the potato dumplings were simply ok and the brothknödeln was very dense and dry. Unfortunately, neither my mother nor I were overly impressed by the Bavarian potato salad, although I had ordered it especially. we'll skip it next time. because it was a birthday dinner, we ordered two desserts to share. one was a brotpudding with cries and a bailey glaze, and the other was a lemon and blueberry cake. my mother and my husband loved the brotpudding, while my father and I loved the lemon cake. they were both amazing, but we had our favorites. all in all, we are back. this was a part of the better German kitchen that we had outside our own family kitchen(s). the restaurant itself was really nice, the people friendly and super helpful, and the outdoor area beautiful. Many thanks to the restaurant Bavarian hunter for an excellent dinner!"

"My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain. We didn’t get there till 1:30am on Friday night and they were there to greet us with a smile! The room was cozy. Breakfast was awesome! Fresh made, hot, blueberry muffins both mornings, fresh fruit, pancakes, French toast, eggs, and fresh coffee….it was delicious! After skiing all day, we came back and sat at the bar and had a great burger and drinks and spoke to the locals and the owner for a while! The owners ar … – show"
