"I have been a longtime patron of this restaurant! It is convenient for me since I work nearby. Even when 7th Fig closed for renovations, I was still able to enjoy the delicious food from George's food truck. Their Pita and Hummus are my favorite, and they serve the best in town! When the nearby law offices reopened last year, I made sure to visit this restaurant again. The food was just as good as I remembered, and I had one of the best meals of the week here. The chicken shawarma wrap was absolutely amazing - I couldn't decide between that and a salad, but I'm so glad I chose the wrap. It had everything I wanted in it! Make sure to visit this place next time you are at 7th Fig - you won't be disappointed!"

"Took about mins past our reservation time to be seated, even after arriving mins early. Came for Mother’s Day. Wasn’t too crazy but service was definitely slow. Our server didn’t come by often or refill our drinks per our request. One kids’ drink was brought out after our food was served and not with the other drinks which was weird. Food was still great, no complaints about that"

"After waiting for that long without anyone checking on my order or offering me another drink, I decided to ask for my bill. While sitting at the bar and watching the kitchen, I felt relieved that I wouldn't have to eat here after all. They were preparing cocktail mixers in a large bowl with all the ingredients just sitting out on the counter. There was also a glass of fruit that was swarming with flies, and, shockingly, some of them were even in the glass! Despite the presence of at least 20 employees, there were only 5 customers in total—3 of whom were together and visibly frustrated about how long it took to get their check. Had anyone actually taken my order, it felt like I would have been held hostage for hours waiting for food and to pay my bill. I won't be returning, and I'm already looking forward to seeing "For Lease" signs pop up soon, especially in an area that already has a shortage of good restaurants."

"I picked up two take out orders kids meals. The pasta with cream sauce was a large size of noodles for kids. And the sauce was tasty. The make your own pizza kit was a little disappointing. There weren't any instructions how to cook it and was just a piece of dough, some sauce and one type of cheese. Was expecting a little more interactions options for a kit for kids to make. The food tasted fine. I used the app to make an online order and pulled up curbside when it was ready. The store was about 10 min late with my order but apologized and it wasn't an issue."

"When we checked in and said we had priority seating the hostess had no clue what to do with that information. Luckily it wasn’t terribly busy so she just sat us. Our waiter took forever to greet us and didn’t check on us too often throughout the meal. He did get the orders right though. Everything tasted good. The restaurant is really awkwardly dark. The TVs were not working and they were flashing every few seconds. Kinda made me sick. We will probably be back to a CPK but probably not this one."

"On a positive note, the young lady who eventually helped us was fantastic and provided excellent service. The standout dishes were the Avocado Rolls, Kung Pao Spaghetti, and Butter Crunch Cake with Ice Cream. The food arrived in a timely manner and was well-prepared. The main issue stems from a lack of supervision once diners are seated. Service should happen promptly instead of allowing indifferent servers to dictate the pace. There needs to be more accountability; the host or hostess should be actively checking on tables to ensure they’re being attended to."

"I know I sound like a broken record or maybe I have really good luck with the places I have visited lately as Once again I am giving a high rating. It us on the strenght of the food and service I feel deservedly. We had the Thai Chicken Pizza, The Chicken with Brussel Sprouts, Potato Soup, Mexican Street Corn and the Kung Poa Chicken Pasta. Pizza soup were good, Chicken w/Brussel Sprouts tasty and the pasta Street Corn were excellent and SPICEY. The service was excellent as well. The young lady who was our server was pleasant, friendly, sincere, and attentive without being obnoxious. Unfortunately for my budget it was a little pricey so I probably won't be visiting as frequently as I would like."

"When we arrived, we were required to show proof of our OpenTable reservation, even though there were plenty of empty tables. This made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the start. The food was great, but a bit overpriced for a mall restaurant. The service was friendly, but there was a lack of attention as our appetizers, salad, and entrees all arrived at the same time. Although they did remove the cost of everything except for the entrees from our bill, it still wasn't the dining experience we had hoped for. We had to ask our server for dessert, and overall we felt like our presence didn't really matter, even though there were few other customers on that Sunday evening. Dinner felt rushed and we were left feeling disappointed."

"I was dealing with food poisoning yesterday. Four of us at the restaurant last night. They had a laminated menu. The pressure was so tiny that I could hardly read it under the dimming light above our table. I used the QR code to pull the menu on my phone. My husband realized he had lost his phone at that moment. He and his brother took my phone to arrange the location of my husband's phone. That left my mother-in-law and I with their flip phone while they left to find his phone. I asked our waiter if he had a bigger menu or something with a big screen. My mother-in-law could not read the menu with her reading glasses. I tried to read it to her, but she really wanted something she could read herself. He said very nicely that they didn't. But gave us no suggestions. We ordered the artichoke and the cheese with chips as an appetizer. We ordered our dinner when my husband and his brother came to the table. The manager came by to apologize for the small menu that is just a transition menu until they get their new ones. I was the only person at our table to drink the crushed avocado Focaccia and a mango strawberry cooler. I'm the only one who suffers from food poisoning."

"I absolutely loved this location for three main reasons. First, we were searching for a juice spot at 8:30 AM, and most places were still closed until we discovered this one, which opens at 7:30! I was thrilled! The customer service was outstanding as well. The young woman at the register was very helpful, and the juice maker delivered excellent service too—both our smoothies and bowl were ready as soon as we finished paying! That’s what I call great service! Plus, it's situated on a charming little strip of restaurants and a movie theater, which makes it even more appealing."

"The host apologized for the five-minute wait and was very professional. He asked us what type of table we preferred—regular or standing—and made sure to note that we didn't want any high tables since my partner has a disability. We ended up sitting at a nice standing table. Our waitress, Allie, was extremely attentive and provided excellent service. "Service definitely has gotten MUCH better than before. We were seated promptly. The waitress was AMAZING...unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she had blue and purple hair. Food came out in a timely manner so that was ideal. What we ordered: Tortilla Soup: Perfect texture with the right amount of tortilla strips on top. I added hot sauce which gave a great kit. Chicken Piccata: Unfortunately, this dish was toooo lemon-y for me. I know it should taste like lemons but there was so much I felt to tingle of citrus lingering. If you adore lemon, go for it. Ribeye: Lovely plating. The steak was glistening. The fingerling potatoes were decent, temp on some a little to cold for my preferenc. Arugula for me is always a fav. Thai Crunch Salad: My daughter ordered this with avocados and extra dressing on the side. I had some and it was fresh and the flavors were terrific. I really wanted to eat more but I had to be a considerate parent and not scarf down her food. Wedge Salad: I cannot provide any feedback since I'm not a fan of blue cheese. Tip: If you like the herbs in the oil for the bread ask for extra herbs...it's sooooo delicious. "SO Yummy!. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and the jambalaya pasta. VERY, VERY good!!!! My nephew liked their mac and cheese. Can 't wait to go back! I saw another table order a tostada pizza that looked amazing. Love that it is within a block or two of a movie theater, book store and a Charming Charlie 's! The only negatives are that it can 't be seen from the street and it can be a bit tricky finding a close parking spot. You have to drive into a lovely 'mini community ' (it has it 's own grocery store, church, etc all within walking distance. Next time I 'll try the parking garage, even though I 'll have to walk just a bit more."

"It seemed odd that they couldn't take a proper reservation; they only offer a priority seating list. I had a priority seating reservation for 11:30 on the day I visited. Upon arrival, the restaurant was completely empty, so finding a seat was not an issue at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of options on the menu, including salads, pastas, sandwiches, and main dishes, in addition to pizza. However, I was a bit let down to see only three options for thin-crust pizza, none of which appealed to me. Instead, I decided to order a small California Cobb salad, which turned out to be enormous and absolutely delicious."

"Food and service were excellent. We had the Sicilian pizza, BBQ chicken and chipotle chicken. All were great. Our server was so lovely, kind and professional. Where it was lacking was atmosphere. No hostess to greet us and the hostess stand was all disorganized and messy. The table behind it was set up for servers to roll silverware. It was a mess. The floor under our booth was horrific. We don't come here often but if we do again, we will order it to go. It was just so uncomfortable in there because of how unkempt it was."
