"My order was picked up 2/12/25 12:08 pm when it should have been ready by 12:02. Two: curbside delivery shorted my husband a brownie and jalapeño with the order. I called in and spoke with Servando out of Raymondville TX store and he apologized and asked if I could return, said no, during lunch and had no time to go back. He then said out of inconvenience, he would replace the order. I went back today, and the store manager David said they would only replace one combo out of the two. I am so offended that they didn’t believe what was told to me, they basically called me a liar. I refused and left telling the manager now you have inconvenienced me twice. He said sorry but I said you are not!"

"Today Wednesday, April 13th, around 6:20 pm pass by Whataburger, at 2203 E Evans Rd, San Antonio, TX. and I was going to the drive thru, but saw like 10 cars ahead, so I just look for a parking spot and order inside. I ordered the: Southern Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich simply super delicious, and also got the: Double Meat Whataburger perfect! so juicy and that unique mixture of flavors that only you will find here at: Whataburger Also really thanks to the manager: Joey, that saw me and asked if everythyng was good, he was so kind and told me: 2 more orders and yours will be the next to be ready, the restaurant was full packed, big time! I want to give these guys a Huge 5 golden"

"I liked it but don't tell none of my friends. Especially the ones from Texas. Being from Colorado that's the biggest thing texans living in Colorado whined about. No whatever burger. So it had high expectations. I try not to eat fast food but if i am eating something horrible for my health it might as well taste good."

"On my first visit to San Antonio, my 17-year-old son insisted we stop by the first Whataburger we could find right after we landed. Upon entering, we received a warm and friendly welcome. I decided to try the Mushroom Burger, which turned out to be an excellent choice—messy, but absolutely delicious! I ended up ordering extra mushrooms because they were so tasty. The very nice manager, Garcia, even brought me some bacon to try, as he wanted me to experience his favorite combination of flavors. It was incredible! I've had mushroom burgers from various places, but this one might just be the best I've ever tasted. We'll definitely be back!"

"This restaurant is incredibly clean, and the staff consistently upholds that standard. The team is very friendly and courteous. "The manager, Josh Goode, was not very helpful during our visit. Even after he reminded his staff about our order, the chicken patty was not delivered until 20 minutes later. Rather than engaging with us or offering the kind of customer service you would expect from a manager, he chose to call the police immediately."

"Tonight my order was not up to par, not to say thats always the case, but it I was for me tonight. I ordered a double whataburger, with a large onion ring, and large sprite. The dasher calls to let me know theyre out of onion rings, so I said fries were fine. My order arrives and the dasher lets me know they were also out of ice so she just filled the cup with sprite. I opened the bag and apparently theyre out of hamburger buns because my burger is on two pieces of toast, which are little burnt, the fries are stale, and the sprite is flat. I dont know what they have going on but the shouldve informed the dasher to tell me all of this when she called because I shouldve just canceled my order. Very disappointed."

"There were only two people working to drive through and cooking the food. The cook in the back was doing the job of three people. The friendly foot cashier was taking orders at the counter and take an orders at the drive-thru. They were doing their jobs most accident most professional and very very very very efficient. I only waited 20 minutes for my taquito. But I'm okay with that because they were doing such a darn good job with the limited amount of staff. So very very impressed with those two people Whataburger this morning and they still made my Taquito the best thing the keto I ever had thank you Whataburger for hiring such beautiful wonderful efficient professional people kudos to you."

"This time I went I noticed that they paint the place, I didn't like that was a lot of noice, preferably they open when is everything done, and the food was COLD ,IT WAS A REWARD,BUT NOT BECAUSE IS A REWARD, HAS TO BE COLD THE BURGER,SORRY THEY NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT IT! "The staff are incompetent and incapable of reading an order. Twice I 've ordered from them, and twice I 've recieved missing or incorrect items. Ordered chicken straps, paid for an extra strip, did nit get the extra strip. Ordered fries alongside it, did not get the fries. Ordered a chocolate malt and got a vanilla malt. It should be legal to sue them into oblivion, and take their kidneys for pain and suffering ."
