"I ordered breakfast for myself and my mom. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a bagel (you can choose your bagel) was average, but the three plain pancakes were terrible. Each pancake was burnt. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, one of the staff members told me that I would have to place a new order to get a fresh batch of pancakes. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation and providing pictures as proof, we were unable to get a fresh batch delivered to us today. I won't be ordering from here again."
