"We saw that this bar was open until 12, so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. A nice lady walked us to the back and told us everything was open then walked away. Before we could sit a guy walked up to us and told us they were closed. It wasn't even 10 yet and the bartender literally walked us back and said it was open. There were also a few guys sitting at the bar drinking. Do not waste your time. Even the door says they close at 12. Seems like they don't want new business."

"Just went there and ordered 3 drinks and the pumpkin mini cookies. After I do my order and get to the window the kid hands me my stuff and I ask him where the cream cheese dip is for the cookies. He says oh ya we 're out of that then I look at my kids shark attack drink and ask where the gummy shark is and the he says oh ya we 're out of that too. So they should of told me that when I placed my order, not after the fact when I had to ask about my missing items. Also the fact they have never opened the inside again is ridiculous since the drive through is usually too long to wait in. Go to the one on Greenfield and Baseline."

"I recently tried a calzone at Create A Pizza and was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic vegan options. They offer a variety of vegan cheeses, including vegan mozzarella and ricotta, which really complemented the large calzone I ordered. The prices are fair and they are very accommodating to vegan customers. I had a delicious calzone with two types of vegan cheese, vegan meatballs, and various toppings for around $10. The crust and cheese were amazing, and the combination of sweet and savory flavors was unbeatable. I also tried their pizza on another visit and was once again impressed by their unique vegan options, including the delicious Numu cheese. "I read the other reviews before ordering but still ordered. We ordered late after the lunch rush. Ordered online. They missed 3 items on each of our salads and 2 of them on each salad we were charged for. If you are going to charge for items to be in the salad, you best be sure they get into the salad. We discovered it after it was picked up and we were back in the office we didn 't really have much of a course of action. Because I did not order online directly with them I started a conversation online with a Chow Now representative. She was super helpful. I messaged her about the issue and she said she 'd call the restaurant and speak with a manager (after getting my order . She messaged back and stated there was no response at the restaurant (shocker so she said she would call the owner! This was her and his response: 'I just got a hold of Spencer, the owner, who has authorized a $5.00 refund to compensate for the missing toppings and the trouble. ' She then said: 'Is there anything else I can help you with today, or any further feedback I can pass to Spencer? ' I told her to let Spencer know he needs to read and respond to reviews on Google. Often you don 't know what is happening at your restaurant when you are not there. Well played too, great service recovery and I will now go back again and again! Thank you for making things right and good luck, the food at Choppers is amazing."

"It was a quaint little restaurant with friendly staff and the food was delicious, but I wasn’t in the mood to take pictures... I was starved! Sorry folks! I think, honestly, all of you have taken beautiful pictures already... you don’t need mine right now! Prices are steep, however. And no one really greats you or says “ goodbye “. I was a bit put off by that. Our waitress was superb!"

"I stopped by for a quick cookie this afternoon and was disappointed to find that the lobby was closed due to staffing issues. We decided to use the drive-thru instead. The employees were friendly and took orders manually alongside the drive-thru, which was a bit unusual but they were helpful and efficient in handling it. However, we were let down again when we learned they were out of the Andes mint frosting we ordered for our cookies, so chocolate frosting was substituted instead. The coconut cookie was delicious, and the frosting enhanced its flavor even more. One of my favorite things about Swig is that all the cookies are chilled, just how cookies should be!"

"Bummed in my experience here yesterday because they messed up 3 parts of my order resulting in my son crying because there was no gummy shark in his drink (his favorite part), the forgot to give us a cheese sauce for our pretzel bites, and gave me an extra kids drink instead of the mini cookie cup that I ordered. Should have checked things better before I left but still very disappointed in the multiple mistakes here."

"Typically, I have had a very good experience at this location and even as I write this review, the drink service was 5 stars. Why I put a 1 star here was the sketchy attempt at adding a tip to my drive-through order without telling me. I was just trying to make it easier was the response, even though I hadn 't chosen a tip yet. Easier? As a customer, I get to choose my tip and instead of providing one, I give this 1 star and warning before signing your payment away: Check your total because I think folks are giving tips without knowing it."
