"Additionally, the service was lacking; the waitress was inattentive and somewhat rude. Essentially, we ended up with just toast since we couldn't enjoy the meat. I cannot recommend this place, especially when there are numerous fantastic sandwich shops in town that prioritize fresh ingredients and great customer service. Unfortunately, Cappy’s did not meet our expectations at all.
