"I had a terrible experience at Ziggy's. I couldn't even get a drink! I would have given it 1 star, but I have eaten there before and the food is good if you're lucky enough to actually get some. I went to Ziggy's because I had been there before, but this time was a complete disappointment. When I arrived, I found out it was open seating, which I didn't remember from my previous visit. The bar was cramped and crowded, so I opted to sit at a small table outside. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, I still hadn't been given a menu, food, or a drink. Finally, someone asked if I had been helped, but it took another 5 minutes for a server to even give me a menu before walking off without offering me a drink. I waited for about 20-30 minutes, but no server bothered to help me, while other customers were being served their food and drinks. In the end, I left feeling alone, thirsty, and hungry, as no one took the time to attend to me."
