"This is undoubtedly the top coffee shop on the West Side. The baristas are incredibly friendly and serve the best coffee around. My personal favorite is GM Priscilla Perez—she is amazing! Her customer service is exceptional, and she has her entire team running smoothly. The shop is usually not crowded, offering a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!"

"Rude, rude and rude. You would figure that if you’re a shop owner serving a mediocre (at best) and overpriced cup of coffee you would at least treat customers with a little gratitude; I haven’t been directly affected by this but I have seen the owner of this shop scream and yell at customers on multiple occasions while drinking my coffee for such petty things; I have never seen anything like this. I have had it… this shop’s owner is so rude that I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere and at the very least to a coffee shop that doesn’t make its customers feel weird and uncomfortable while just enjoying a cup of coffee — proceed at your own risk."
