"This was my first time at The Basement and I really liked it. Great space and great people behind the bar. (thanks ladies! Cool customers, too. We wanted to sit outside despite it looking closed. Jake was happy to take care of us even though we were the only ones on the patio. (I’ve been In the industry for a lifetime and I know what a PIA that is His friendly service and positive attitude really made our night even better than it already was. Guy had impeccable timing throughout the entire night. Not always easy I will most definitely be back!"

"Was really quiet for a lunch. Service was great and very attentive. Food was excellent! I had caramelized chicken cashew and my friend had the pub burger with fries. The salad was good would have preferred greens instead of iceberg lettuce but that's fine and the fries were great, I didn't ask about the burger but he ate it FAST!"

"We are from out of town and came to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the Poconos. My husband made reservations at Frogtown Chophouse and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The service was the best we have ever had. Will was kind and exceptionally attentive and every single effort was made to make our celebration special! They prepared our table with rose pedals, gave us homemade bread with seasoned oil and vinegar (which was amazing), a tomato and mozzarella appetizer and a champagne toast! Will helped me pick a fun cocktail for the occasion which was right up my alley. The food was delicious and steak was cooked perfectly. My husband got a special of the day, truffle fettuccine which was unique and super creamy. Then to top it all off they gave us a complimentary dessert. We were stuck between the s’mores pie and the red velvet cake but we’re definitely too full for both. The s’mores is my favorite so my husband insisted we get that one (he is the best) but Will brought out a small slice of the red velvet as well just so we could try that too. The whole thing felt so genuine and we really felt celebrated. We’ve done lots of fancy restaurants for special occasions and have had some of the same kinds of complimentary items but not all and not in the way they were offered here. It felt like they genuinely just wanted to mark this special occasion with us. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend The Froghouse Chophouse."

"I attended a fantastic wedding here over Memorial Day weekend. The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. We were delighted with the food, decor, venue, gardens, and everything else. My only suggestion would be that the guest restrooms don't quite match the rest of the venue; they seemed a bit dingy, and the blinds didn't provide complete privacy from outside. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Additionally, the bartender on Sunday, Memorial Day, was exceptional and very friendly."
