"We had an exceptional experience at Liberatore's in Perry Hall. The owner stopped by to talk with us but what really impressed me is when he pitched in and bussed tables. This dinner included friends here visiting from Tennessee. They loved their meals and were impressed with how good and ample the portions were.A great time was had by all including two toddlers and a five year old.I always enjoy eating at Cosmo Savino's Liberatore's in Perry Hall. It seems to exceed all the other Liberatore's in the area"

"The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the wings and pizza salad are absolutely delicious. Both employees and customers adhere to social distancing guidelines and wear face masks. The prices for the pizza are the best around. I was also asked if I needed anything else and if everything was satisfactory with my order. This is definitely one of my favorite places to return to!"

"If you want to be ignored by your server time and time again, this is the place to go. Took date here for their Valentine’s day dinner….biggest mistake I’ve ever made (luckily she didn’t break up with me! . Slow service, waited 45 minutes for meal and took 2 hours to complete the whole dinner. Atmosphere was okay and the food didn’t suck as bad as the service. Cafe Mezzanotte claims to be a ‘high class’ restaurant but was not convinced. No one should make a reservation and get excited to go to this place. If you’re from the area go to Harry Savoy bar and grill (way better food and service . *this is only the experience I had. This does not mean you will receive the same, but I would be skeptical if you’re trying to plan a romantic evening or what not."

"Over twenty years ago my wife had quite a few slices of the famous cold cheese slice that Pizza Bono boasts. Always at 2am after a night of college level drinking. She had one again and now realizes that it is best for the younger folk after a night of drinking. As a first timer I tried the regular cheese slice and enjoyed it. Nice flavor and plenty of cheese. Also tried a sicilian slice and while nice an dense it lacked ample cheese. Still a nice flavor. The kids had the spaghetti and meatballs and my six year old destroyed it. In fairness he would have done the same to a can of generic spaghetti so who 's to say if it was good. It looked good anyway. The salad my daughter had was fresh and good. They bring you a small plate of a hot garlic bread type dish and that was very good. Solid three star pizza joint. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, always a plus. Give them a try if you are in the area."

"Terrible service. ordered a Sicilian pizza over the phone without any problems. The girl on the phone even said it back to us and told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. We'll pick them up and tell us we never ordered them. We order again and wait in the car as we have to wait again. She comes out a few minutes later and says they don't have Sicilian pizzas anymore and our first order, but for a regular pizza. So unprofessional and unprofessional. If my friend wasn't so hungry, we would have gone. Never recommend this place because of its bad service."

"I decided to give this restaurant another opportunity after my initial experience wasn't great. What a mistake that turned out to be! The calzone was the worst I've ever had. It was so salty that it felt like I was just pouring salt into my mouth, and I usually enjoy salt. The sauce tasted spoiled, and there was no ricotta cheese whatsoever! I ended up throwing most of it away, and the small amount I did eat has left my stomach feeling uneasy. It was truly awful. I won't be ordering from here again! I really wanted to enjoy it, but unfortunately, that just wasn't the case."

"They offer some of the best frozen pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Honestly, I grew up with an uncle who worked for Kraft, so I’ve had my fair share of frozen pizzas over the years—easily thousands of them. This brand definitely ranks among the best. I highly recommend it! However, after learning about their treatment of employees and concerns regarding food quality, I’ve decided to lower my rating from five stars to three."

"UPDATED REVIEW This review is based on the manager Joro Kozhuharov, he immediately jumped on the situation below to correct it. He sent me a message via Facebook Messenger and provided a solution. He had mypizza refund me my money : He was very sweet and nice, he offered to speak with me directly on the phone about the situation. I am very pleased with his prompt response. When I am down in west seattle I will pay this location a visit and actually eat : I am one happy person now. Thank you Joro for all your help! OLD REVIEW THIEVES!!!!! I made an honest mistake and ordered my food at the West Seattle location when it should have went to Lake City. I made the order online and it did not say 'West Seattle ' so it was very unclear. I called the West Seattle location and explained to this lady (either Russian or Ukrainian decent and told her that I re-ordered my food at the Lake City location and I need to cancel the order. She said that it was pre-paid and my food was ready. I explained again I am nowhere near West Seattle and I am not able to go there and pick it up. I am all the way in North Seattle on a 30 minute lunch break. She advised me to call mypizza to have them cancel the order. I do that and Mypizza gives me a call, the representative advised that they too called the West Seattle location and the same lady did not want to refund my money, she made a comment and said 'well who is going to pay for this? ' Excuse me! I did not get any service from your restaurant nor did I get any food from the West Seattle location. I like how the lady told me to call mypizza to cancel the order then turn around and tell them not to authorize a refund. I made an honest MISTAKE and still gave my money to Lucianos in lake city, to support small businesses (Lake city location was VERY nice and put a rush on my food so thank you to them, this review is not for the lake city location. I paid $30 for food I never ate or received. That is STEALING, I feel like no one wants to help me or come up with a solution of any sort. Don 't order and pre-pay online because if you make a mistake they wont give two rats asses!"
