"I am very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for years, but today the owner revealed her true colors. When I brought this to the owner's attention and requested to switch to Alfredo instead, I expected her to resolve the issue. Instead, she charged me for both meals, even though I didn't eat either one. After explaining that I was being overcharged and that the food was unacceptable, the owner's attitude took a turn for the worse—she was abrupt and rude. To avoid further conflict, I reluctantly paid the higher amount. I kept the original receipt, which showed a different price than the second one she provided me. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional; I won't be returning due to the poor customer service."

"I used to live in Frisco and frequented this place quite a bit. Now that I've moved to Plano, I still make it a point to return every so often. It's still one of the best pizza spots in the area. I usually stick to ordering pizza, although I've occasionally enjoyed their meatballs and sausage on the side. This time, I placed an online order for a double pepperoni, sausage, and tomato pizza. It was ready for pickup in just fifteen minutes. When I arrived, I was asked if I was there to pick up an order, provided my name, and they handed me my pizza. It was a straightforward process. The pizza tasted even better than I remembered, and I had always thought it was great. I'm really looking forward to moving back to Frisco. It's too bad they're not open until 10 PM, or I could grab some after work. Thank you for the amazing food!"

"Woah! Walked in to smell a musky mold smell. Clearly water damaged all over the restaurant. My mind was blown when I saw an employee (possible owner changing a baby on one of the tables. Dining-in was absolutely out of the question. Folks ordering online (Door Dash, Gub Hub, ect… need to be warned of the possible health concerns."

"My mom, daughter, I came here for the first time my Mom’s 2nd) and we had a terrible experience. The service was fine but the food was awful I ordered the lasagna I believe I was given the wrong order it didn’t taste remotely close to lasagna) my daughter I originally ordered lobster ravioli only to be informed that you were out so she chose spinach ravioli again mediocre, my mom had shrimp scampi and was also disappointed she said the tails were on and it was crunchy. Needless to say we will not return."

I discovered a different type of noodle in my gluten-free Shrimp Scampi Spaghettini, which suggests they might be boiling all the pasta together in one pot, potentially leading to cross-contamination with non-gluten-free options. Aside from that issue, I truly enjoyed the flavor profile of the gluten-free shrimp scampi. I also had a wonderfully sweet and complex glass of Sparkling Rosé Virbio, along with a side of vodka sauce that tasted homemade. Overall, I had a good experience, but I don't think I'll return until I can verify their procedures for preparing gluten-free pasta."
