"I 'll give Nu Wave two stars. The last two times they forgot to send my order to the cook and another time they gave it to someone else. When the cashier realized someone else had it, she pointed to the lady and said oh she has it . Mind you this lady was waiting for someone to pick her up so she had been sitting at the table with my food for about 15 minutes and had looked through the food containers at least twice. No thank you! I am not taking food that someone else had for 15 minutes. Not only was it 15 minutes, but we are living in the time of Covid. Sighhh come on people. These two incidents do not even cover the other issues I 've had when ordering food here. The two stars come in to play because the chicken tenders are great. I enjoyed them so much the first time I had them that I returned the next day for another order. Also, the workers and even some of the customers have flippantly told me that the bread was under my food on the bottom of the container when I inquired about it. Check your bags people. I check mine every time and it has not been there twice, and I 've had to show that to them."
