"Ordered online and upon arriving home noticed the kitchen forgot to put pico de gallo in with my order. When I called the restaurant back to inform them of this, the person checked and said they did forget to put it in the bag. I asked if it could berefunded to my card and the man stated he couldn?t do it I would have to call back in the morning when the manager wasthere. What type of customer service is this? You, the restaurant messed up the order, but I have to call the next day in themorning to speak to the manager when they?re there to resolve the issue of a refund for an item you did not put in my order? Whyis there not a better system for situations like this when a customer has a complaint about their order? I have to now take timeout my day tomorrow to resolve an issue that could have been resolved tonight."

"I went to Taqueria Los Güeros (176 Bloomfield Ave., Bloomfield) for the first time to get take out last night and was really disgusted by the odor and overall dirtyness of the place. The floors were greasy in places and sticky in others, kitchen garbage was visible on the floor in the main eating/waiting area, the hoods appeared as tho they'd never been cleaned and the whole place smelled faintly of urine. My husband was unfazed by all this and wanted to proceed with ordering the food. It was not very good very greasy with large chunks of fat. I was awoken at 2am with severe stomach pains and issues. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. In fact, I've sent my concerns to the Bloomfield Department of Health. Hopefully this place will clean itself up so no one else gets sick."

"This place has a horrible delivery service. The driver left the food on the floor and after one hour and a half waiting for the food I called the taqueria to know the status of my order they said the delivery guy had spoke to me and that I told him to leave the food by the door which is a big lie. I have no idea how long the food was there. When I called to ask for the refund of my money they just hung up the phone. I am one very unsatisfied customer."

"I wrote a review two years ago and the service is STILL terrible . I been trying to give local business a chance especially during the pandemic but this will be the last time ever I’m giving u guys business . I order the special chicken tacos and when I received it it has no onions or cilantro .. I called and they said no refund or Anything . The girl looked young and probably not in charge but the fact that I gave u guys chances and still can get a simple taco special right is ridiculous. How did u expect to give someone tacos with no anything and expect us to be satisfied and when I call there is no refunds and didn’t offer a new batch of tacos and the cook knew and couldn’t warn us about the onions or anything . Everyone do not get your tacos here is not worth it all . I gave this place multiple times I’m Done . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"After hearing rave reviews from friends and coworkers, my wife and I decided to check out this restaurant. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted and felt right at home! The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful. After placing our order, our food arrived within minutes of sitting down. My only regret is not snapping a photo of our meal before we dug in! Everything was outstanding! The homemade tortilla chips with queso were top-notch, and the salsa was just as fantastic! However, the real highlight was the authentic Mexican street tacos that we both devoured. We tried several different meats, and while they were all delicious, our favorite was definitely the Al Pastor! I think I can speak for both of us when I say we've found our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Hickory! A definite 10/10, and we will absolutely be back! (Next time, I’ll make sure to get a picture before the food is all gone.) Edit: We returned the other day and managed to take a picture! The food was just as amazing as we remembered!"

"Ate dinner there last night and was very disappointed. This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in town for several years, but last night the server we had was terrible and the tamales I ordered were terrible. She took off the check but the man that checked us out was very rude about taking it off. She didn't even refill our drinks and very slow getting our stuff to us. "I would have given this restaurant 5 stars but the service was pretty bad The waitress we had this afternoon did not clearly explain where the menus were. She said they were on the table She should have said you can pull up the menu on your phone by scanning the tiny code on the mini succulent pot. She greeted us for a minute then left us sitting there for over 20 minutes and there was hardly anyone there. When she returned we ordered and instead of bringing our drinks out early, she brought them out with the food, and she only brought out 2 plates when there were three of us. She was not clear on the menu or what was gluten free only when she got a what's up look did she agree to check. She started clearing our plates without asking and asked if we wanted boxes before asking if we wanted dessert, AND- We wanted dessert. Then she brought the check out immediately after dessert made a point of letting us know she was leaving but said, no rush like 6 times! We still left her a 20% tip because she seemed so desperate but... We were celebrating our son's graduation this was a bummer. Also, we thought the radio that was playing news in another language was kind of odd. The food was really good and we want to go back BUT service atmosphere are important when your eating out. If it was fast food we could care less but they're in the $ range so customers expect more."

"This is our new local BYOB favorite. We have been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is excellent. If you like well prepared food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting beautifully plated food then this is a great place. We went twice and both times they were great with diet restrictions too. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!), But also a great place to visit friends and relatives, or to have a special evening or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. "I decided to grab a sandwich and stopped by Dada's Deli for a Reuben with sauerkraut and pickles, along with a side of fries. It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. After two full days of Mexican food, I needed a change, even if just for a moment, and it happened to be lunchtime. The sandwich was substantial at $6.75, and they give you a generous portion of fries for $2.50. I would have preferred my bread to be toasted a bit more, but that was a minor detail.
