"Customer service over the phone is just ridiculous! I get that restaurants get busy, but staff pick up the phone and the minute they hear your voice they put you on hold. They can at least say “hello, im going to put you on hold” i was on hold for 10min and i could hear them talking and getting new calls and forgot about me. I called again and the staff wouldnt let me talk and put me back on hold! I get it, they get busy, but this is just so rude to the customers. How am i suppose to order food there when i cant even place an order!! They need better staff to talk to people!"
