"Updated 11/28/2023- I have left two messages on your machine, 1 message with a young man who advised me the manager, Melissa, would call me back ASAP, assuring me of this as I gave my name and number. Well, 2 weeks later and NOTHING. I was merely trying to make a reservation for 10 people. The staff just doesn 't seem to care. Stopped in Friday night for one final attempt. When approaching, the lantern to the left of the door was covered in cob webs and dust. Nothing says we care and welcome like that! Next, waited for a table in the bar for 10 minutes. 1 other couple in there. Never got to order. (Restaurant was not busy) 5:15pm 1/26/18. Seated at a table next to a drapery that hadn 't been cleaned since 1979. Dirt and dust covered. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. If not for her, experience would have been a 2 star. The salad bar and fillet was wonderful. However, my 14oz ribeye was thin and overcooked.....as it had been the year before. The chains holding the salad bar glass were covered in dust and cobwebs as well. Our visit a year ago entailed the server notifying us that they were out of Chili after all plates were brought to the table! My Ribeye was overcooked then. After sending it back for the 2nd time, management, a female, told us our dinner was comp 'd. Ok, nice gesture we thought. When our bill arrived, we had been charged for all drinks, two entrees that came oout correctly AND 2 salads at a cost of $11.99 ea!! SERIOUSLY? So, this time was our one more try ......and our last. I 've been going here since 1981! Sad it 's gone down so badly. Management- Please let us know when begin to give a damn again. Thanks!"
