"problem with the service — it was hard to miss. After we waited immediately, 15 without server come to our table, and were ignored by those who pass by other tables. we finally got the manager (aubrey) to get someone who actually waits for us and takes our order. After aubrey (who was wonderful) cracked the whip, the service went well and was up to the usual standard we had expected. aubrey came to our table a few more times to make sure everything went smoothly. you have a winner with her — take care of her and she will make you proud!"

"Ordered 4 Famous Feasts. The food was great but very small portions of the pulled pork and brisket compared to everything else. Plenty of everything else but the feast is supposed to feed 4-6 people and we had 12 people eating and each only got a small slice of brisket and about a tablespoon of pork."

"This has always been our favorite location because the staff is friendly and food is fresh and delicious. But tonight…. My husband and I used to get hot fudge cake milkshakes about 5-6 years ago. They were a limited time item, and we have missed them ever since. We decided to stop for a late date night treat, and asked if they by chance still made them. The sweet lady on the other end of the speaker said no at first, but then after asking what was in them said she could accommodate the request!! They were seriously as good as we remembered them, if not better. Not only that, the employee who brought them out said the boss who made the shakes wanted to know if they were good. Thank you all for making our night with these delicious shakes!"

"I'd give no stars of I could. We ordered online for pick up and the restaurant gave our food away to someone else. Took them 40 minutes to figure out they gave our food away and told us it would be an hour longer to make the order. Said they were too busy. They didn't have the ability to give us a refund at the time, said the manager would have to call us. Manager sent two young kids out to the car, didn't even feel the need to apologize in person. Worst customer service ever."
