"I wish I could report that this place had gotten better. My husband works in the Edmond area and one of his co workers was raving about the delicious burgers, so we decided to give it another try. It was later in the afternoon around 2:00pm on a Thursday and there was not a single customer in the restaurant. The young lady at the hostess stand greeted us and sat us by the window at the front of the restaurant. She said she 'd be right with us. We looked at the menu and chatted and decided on what we wanted. I looked for our server and she was leaning against the back near the soda machine. She grabbed a cup and was filling it with ice and a beverage. Then she handed it to the young man behind the kitchen. We waited. And waited. And waited. The young girl never came back. She got herself and drink. She got the young man behind the counter a drink but then leaned back and clicked away on her phone. My husband was getting frustrated. He had one hour for lunch and we were sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for our server to finishing perusing Instagram so she could get us drinks or at least ask if we were ready to order. My husband turned a timer on for 10 minutes. Now we had already been sitting there 15 minutes. We waited. My husband cleared his throat loudly and said , I think I know what I want.... And we waited. And waited some more. Finally the alarm went off. We had officially been sitting in this restaurant for 20 minutes without as much as a greeting or a glass of water. My husband got up and informed them we were leaving. He asked the young girl why she didn 't come and ask us if we were ready to eat. Her response We had an phone order come in we were working on. I want to support local eateries. I 've heard good things about this place. Word of mouth spreading the news about delectable burgers. Sadly, after two visits the first of which I was served raw chicken and didn 't get as much as an apology and the second where I was complete ignored for 20 minutes, makes it difficult for me to want to try a third time. Disappointing."

"I really wanted to like The Agitated Grape Bar Bistro. I have seen this restaurant in downtown Davison and heard about their interesting drinks. For my birthday ? meal, I picked this place. This Sunday was my first time visiting and the restaurant definitely had a nice vibe and contemporary feel. The food was okay, but was overpriced in my opinion. The drinks were interesting however, I ordered Lucious Lemonade and the drink smelled weird. Since it was $8, I decided I better drink the poison anyway. To back up a bit…we called the restaurant earlier in the week and were told the kitchen closed at 6:30 pm so we were best advised to get our order in by 6 pm. When we pressed them on another phone call, we were advised that having a reservation at 6 pm would be cutting it tight especially if we talked since the restaurant closes at 7 pm on Sunday. Incidentally, this does not match the hours on the Google Maps. We ended up making a reservation at 5 pm to avoid any challenges. At 5 pm, we were all seated and the waitress brought water, plastic glasses and a pitcher for us to pour ourselves a drink of water and then proceeded to take our drink order. The drinks came out but after a little wait, I went over to the bar to see if she’d take our food order. I think it was getting close to 5:30 pm. I could tell she was the only server in the restaurant so I told her I could write down the order for her. This might have embarrassed her so she came over to the table and left the drink she was making at the bar.I ordered the Apple Gorgonzola salad and the bowl was small and I felt for $12 that it was overpriced. The personal pizzas could serve 2 people, but if you’re hungry you’ll probably want one for yourself. The pizzas were the size of a small dinner plate. We had to ask for silverware and she did but provide any napkins so I got them from the bar myself. As I mentioned, there was only one server waitress which in my opinion seemed like there should have been more servers given the number of people in the restaurant. However, Olivia, the server was nice, personable and accommodating when we asked for help. The chef came out and asked how about our meal so, I thought that was extremely nice. However, he proceeded to sit at the bar. We were the only people in the restaurant and I thought that was odd considering usually the wait staff and chefs do not hang out at the bar once they’re through with work.It could have been an off night for the restaurant, but I found that it wasn’t a place I’d rave about and go to again. As luck would have it, we’ll be back here for my niece’s birthday so we will get to check it out again and I will update my review. I’d sum this restaurant up like this: Small intimate restaurant Long wait to get order submitted Limited menu Small, expensive portions Food was ok Friendly personnel Contemporary setting with nice vibe Easy parking Clean bathroomsOverall, I’m certainly not agitated if anything, I’m more indifferent and underwhelmed. Hopefully, I will have a different experience on my next visit."
