"I visited this place to celebrate my birthday and I am torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars. The service upon arrival, as well as the tea and food, were excellent. The afternoon tea was very filling and could suffice as a meal on its own. The tea was bottomless and we enjoyed the Paris blend, having about three kettles full of it. However, I do have two complaints. Firstly, despite the cute decor, it was evident that the dining rooms were not regularly cleaned. Even from a distance, I could see a significant amount of dust accumulating on various surfaces. This made me feel a bit uneasy and we ate quickly to avoid having dust on our food. They need to clean the dining rooms and all hanging items as soon as possible. Secondly, after about 45 minutes, our table and everyone else in the room seemed to have been forgotten about. We didn't see any servers for about 30-45 minutes and had to track one down to pay and leave, as they were all sitting together chatting. Overall, I would return for tea as long as they address the cleanliness issue or seat us in a cleaner area/outside."
