"Our whole order was disappointing. The wings were super greasy and barely sauced. The chips in our appetizer tasted like they were days old. The toppings were scarce and did not have the bbq sauce the menu said they had. My burger was super greasy andnot cooked as requested. The burger had a fried egg on it, but instead of being fried with a nice runny yolk, it was over friedand chewy. My daughter had a wrap and that seems like the only thing that wasn?t bad. It was a waste of $80."

"I discovered today, November 5, 2020, that my favorite sandwich shop, SACKS, has opened a new location in Arcadia. I've been a loyal customer of the Thomas 3rd Avenue location for years. The Arcadia shop maintains the same friendly staff and high-quality food and service that I’ve come to love at the Thomas location. Given the busy traffic in Old Town Scottsdale, this SACKS on Indian School will definitely become a go-to spot for lunch, just east of 42nd Street. In my opinion, they serve the best sandwiches in Phoenix—my mother agrees! Be sure to try the Van Gogh, Improv, or their incredibly delicious Ruben, all at an amazing value! Ladies and gentlemen, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Food was outstanding! Nice country music playing college football on the TVs 2 stars only. Everything else was horrible! They had an 86 B on their inspection so we hesitated but gave them a shot. Our waitress was Jordan. She gave very minimal attention but we still left a tip. We noticed other waitresses giving really good service, so, I 'll just leave that right there! After 30 mins waiting no food or word from her, we were ready to leave but decided to wait 5 more mins. When the food came out 2 mins later, nothing was hot... everything was lukewarm so we figured while the 3 fams that came in after us were getting served, our food must have been sitting under a warmer. But the food was still delish. The restaurant itself was dirty. There was trash on the floor and they tried to 1st seat us in the back in a very small booth so we asked for a table which they then gave us one where the seats were dirty and there was a big puddle of fluid under 2 of the chairs. Hopefully it was soda or water but we weren 't sure. The 3rd table was acceptable but we had to wipe it down as it was somewhat cleaned but not well. The furniture in the bathrooms and restaurant are old and really need replacing. The toilets have film peeling off the seats (they are in the Home Depot parking lot so that can be an easy fix! and the vanity top has a giant crack hopefully no one cuts themselves. We enjoyed the food so if we ever return, it will be for takeout only."

"I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, and my experience was unfortunately really disappointing. The server had a negative attitude, and I didn't feel welcomed at all—it was quite awkward. She even argued with me about a beer I ordered. I asked for a can of beer, and she insisted that the amber one was actually the lighter option. I had to move and show her that the larger can was the light beer. Then, she took the beer away from me without warning. I also ordered a steak, but it was quite unappetizing. I initially wanted to go to Longhorn, but the wait there was too long, so I decided to give this place a try. However, I won't be returning."

"we sat on the terrace on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon. we both had the "hangover burger". hubby had ridden, I had grilled nice! omg they were so good! it was grilled mushroom, zucchini, sweet swirl and a tomate on 2 wooden sticks! I'll get the veggies back! the burger was just too much for me! I tried. but the right fun came from the ladies next to us! omg we have recorded tables and had a lively afternoon! thanks to our great servers ansley!"

"I felt like something a little different. Where to go? Buffalo's. l haven't been there lately. Upon entering l was greeted by two nice ladies. Now to dinner. After perusing the menu l settled on the Hangover burger, it had burger egg and more, a good choice for me as l had missed lunch. This burger hit the spot as it was very tasty yum! And for a treat l had the Buffalo Chip large chocolate chip cookie and lce Cream de-lish! My waitress was great too. So if you want something good or want to have a small party drop on by."

"we have always enjoyed this Buffalos but tonight we decided we?d never go back. First off, the prices have gone up something ridiculous. I understand prices have increased on everything but to order an 8 piece chicken wing dinner and it?s $17.49 is justtoo high when the chicken wings are tiny. Our fries were so salty we couldn?t even eat them. We sat there waiting for server tocome back to see about getting better fries and by the time she checked on us we were done with the wings and didn?t care foranything else at that point. They were kind and took $4.00 off our total check . We were very disappointed in our dinner andservice tonight. There?s no reason to go back at this point when there?s so many other choices to eat chicken wings at betterprices. And better quality. We were very disappointed tonight."

"We order from buffalo in Woodstock at least once a month. The wings are amazing as the service. Same great quality of when located in HWY 92 around 575. Wings are always very good after years of order. Prices have risen, but of course everyone else has room. Good price."

"I visited the restaurant on Wednesday at 7:00 PM when the karaoke had just begun. We tried the wingbash special, which allows you to eat as many wings as you like, bones in or out, for $15.99. The hot wings were excellent, but I wouldn't recommend the bacon honey wings – the flavor combination was quite odd. Overall, we had a fantastic time singing and enjoying the atmosphere."
