"This is place to come to, for to go orders, so far I have done Thanksgiving and now doing Christmas family meal to go. My mother picked up Thanksgiving, there was a mix up and they forgot a few items, but made up for it with banana nut bread. That in itself was worth it in my opinion and I'm picking up Christmas meal. This place is beyond busy, they are all running around. Which nowadays that's rare, Christmas Eve they are all working hard. Thanks for your hard working employees and thanks for being open!"

"Good food although their sausage gravy for their biscuits gravy is not the traditional white sawmill gravy. It tasted pretty much like beef gravy with crumbled sausage added. I asked if they had white gravy instead they did but without any sausage. I accepted that but was charged for the sausage gravy. Oh well. Their banana bread is very good. Their home fries were soggy lukewarm. The omelet my companion had was good she said"

"Ordered three meals only one could be eaten,and it was missing the banana bread. The chicken noodle soup was chicken broth with a scant number of carrots and a few noodles. The third meal was a pot roast sandwich which was thrown in the trash it was not even close to being eatable . Then they frogot the cold slaw that went with it. I called Bob Evans and was put on hole to speak with the manager but after waiting 8 minutes I hung up .Just goes to show how much they dont care about their customers. Save your 50 dollars and go anywhere else"

"Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced! The coffee was amazing, especially with the chocolate chip cookie dough creamer. We had breakfast early, and my son enjoyed a massive burger. We even picked up a cute coffee cup on our way out. Thank you for the delicious food and the wonderful waitress!"

"I've ordered online from this restaurant three times now, and once again, they did not provide all of the items I paid for. When I called to address the issue, they couldn't even locate my order! I will never order from or eat here again. The service is terrible and the staff lacks basic customer service skills. I was told I'd receive a refund, but that turned out to be untrue. This is a dreadful business."

"I absolutely adore BOB Evans. My 8-year-old son and I chose this restaurant because the food is always hot and ready, and everything we ate was delicious! I especially enjoyed the drinks and the friendly staff who made my son feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Even as we were leaving, they were so kind to both of us. My son was thrilled and asked if we could go back next weekend, to which I happily agreed. The fact that they remembered us and treated us so well made our experience even better. I highly recommend BOB Evans to anyone looking for a great meal. A big thank you to all the staff, including the cooks!"

Was not busy at the time of my visit, so the lady screaming for Brian coming out of the kitchen and working the check-out as they announced loud, I can see the people at the door, I can see the people to check it, it was just me) I can see people at my table, I can't do anything. BRIAN, BRIAN comes here. She repeated a few times totally confused me. My suggestion to this lady, you're in the wrong work! Sad during all this, when Brian, who works clearly only in the kitchen) took my payment the top 't was added, I take responsibility for that and after I make the atm for cash sick it up to my server that was wonderful."

"The food was great, the service was horrible. It wasn't very busy, but our server ignored us and spent most of her time joking around with some friends of hers who were at a table not far from ours. One of my sausage patties was pink inside, and when we were finally able to get someone to call her over, she told us that there had been several complaints about that from other people. The manager did take off from our bill for that, so that was nice."

"My fiancé and I visited for breakfast on July 4th. The hostess immediately greeted us and said the wait time was 20 minutes. We could tell that the restaurant was short staffed when we looked around, but we stayed. We talked to another couple while waiting to be seated. Twenty minutes went by fast. The waitress greeted and took our drink orders about 2-3 minutes after we sat down. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. It would've been taken sooner, but she was dealing with an unreasonable customer at the table behind us. Anyway, the food was served hot and was delicious. We both were satisfied with the service and food."
