Every dish is a perfect symphony offlavors. Cream of mushroom soup is a delicate blend of earthy mushroom tastes in a smooth base. Duck breast bypassed my favoriteone at a Hudson valley restaurant near CIA (Culinary institute of America) the spice rub on the skin adds a flavorful burst.And the lamb ragout is perfect exploding with flavors and textures, with a bit of heat and a cool touch of whipped ricotta.And the orange cardamom creme brûlée is a perfect finish to any meal!"
