"We wanted a New York style trendy brunch spot, this was not it! Part of the hotel we were staying in, but it came with good reviews so we made a special point of going there for Sunday brunch. When we got there at 11 o’clock, we were told the restaurants not open, we had to leave and come back 15 minutes later. I wish we had not gone back, we were the only ones in the restaurant initially, the service was extraordinarily slow. There were guests that came in after us that were completely ignored, even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food consisted of I’m sure frozen waffles, overcooked chicken, and artificial hollandaise sauce. It was a waste of time and money and a disappointment! There are so many wonderful places in New York City to choose from, this is not worth the money, time or experience. By the way you never need a reservation, because there’s hardly anyone dining there for brunch."
