"Update: I returned today and ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The owner apologized for the previous experience and offered me a complimentary meal to make up for it. The customer service was excellent this time. I appreciated that the owner took the time to address the issue and offered a sincere apology. I will definitely return in the future and give this place another chance. The cheeseburger was delicious and I left feeling satisfied after my meal."
