"I visited Nino’s on Saturday, June 25, and I ordered a large sausage pizza. When I arrived, I also grabbed two drinks from the fridge. I made my payment with a credit card at the restaurant. However, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for chicken fingers, a large sausage pizza, and two special slices. The issue is that I did not order or receive chicken fingers or the two special slices; I only got the large sausage pizza, bringing my total to nearly $43. I can understand a mix-up with an order, but I didn't receive those extra items at all. Nino’s wasn't busy when I picked up my pizza, so I’m puzzled as to how the employee missed the fact that I was billed for items I didn't receive. If you decide to dine at Nino’s, be sure to double-check your receipts!"
