I waited for 26 minutes, and while I was paused for a moment, I had a feeling I should just leave since I wasn't too far away. I decided to stick around to see if they would return my call, so I kept waiting for my order. Finally, someone answered but then hung up on me. I asked the girl at the window why they keep hanging up on their customers after making them wait for nearly 30 minutes. She apologized and said she was busy, even though there were only three other people. When I inquired about a question, she said they hadn’t placed my order anywhere, but I could come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. I’m sorry this happened, but honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll even bother to go back tomorrow."
