"We regularly order from our local Pizza Guys, so when we found ourselves in Pleasanton for an event over the weekend, we decided to place an order with them. Unfortunately, this particular location provided a disappointing experience. I made a large order online two hours in advance, but my coupon code was not applied. I called the restaurant, and the woman assured me she would resolve the issue and that our order would arrive at the requested time, as I had explained we were on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, I never received the discount, and my order ended up being 30 minutes late. When I called to inquire about the delay, the woman told me that if I was unhappy, I could contact the corporate office to complain, as she was the franchise owner. She also suggested that my order being late was my own fault for placing a large order on a weekend. This left me scrambling to feed 40 kids in just 10 minutes before their bus left. I am still waiting for a callback from corporate."
