"I usually don 't do this but this is a 0 STAR RATING! FALSE ADVERTISING online and don 't honor deals serviced through google when clicking the order button. They refused to honor my order that I already paid for online and didn 't give a care to evenexplain to me why. All they said is they have nothing to do with the third party website and gave me no answer when I asked howcome I 've used the same button on Google and gotten my order before and not this time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and not worthit for the sub par average food. Employees seemed to not really like their jobs and it showed with their over emotionalreactions and lack of patience for my confusion. I 'll be sure to continue to spread the word on this disgusting establishment.I am a fellow business owner down the block on Hillsborough Street and I will NEVER treat my customers this way. The word willbe known to not support such a dump. Many more options for pizza on Hillsborough Street at a better price."

"Pretty good, but inconsistent. My food was awesome--rice and shrimp cooked perfectly seasoned well. But my daughter's was not seasoned well, had no cheese when the dish was supposed to come with cheese, looked a tad dry and overcooked and her Sierra Mist tasted awful and had to be sent back for something else. Wait staff was friendly and personable; service was great. Overall, we still enjoyed it and would visit again. I appreciated that their salsa had plenty of cilantro in it and was not super spicy like many places are now."

"We enjoyed excellent meals during our two-day visit. Both days, we were attended by wonderful waitstaff. The food was quite good overall. On our first day, we ordered from the menu for $15 per person. The following day, we opted for the buffet, which provides an abundance of options for approximately $28 per person. However, it's quite a lot to consume unless you're incredibly hungry. Overall, our experience was truly enjoyable."

"I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in quality. The wings, which used to be fantastic, are now thin, dry, and lacking flavor, all while the prices are increasing. Their burgers are simply not worth the $20 price tag. To add to my disappointment, everything on your bill is actually 5% higher than what is advertised. You'll find a Kitchen Tax added to your payment that isn't mentioned on the menu. This kind of practice is considered 'bait and switch' in business and is illegal. If the owners or management were more ethical and raised their prices by a penny on the dollar to provide a living wage for their kitchen staff, I would consider returning. It’s unfortunate that they engage in such unethical business practices."

"This family has been visiting Long Doggers for nearly 13 years, and we truly appreciate the staff. They are consistently friendly and attentive. One of our all-time favorites was the peel and eat shrimp, which used to have a special price on Sundays many years ago. Unfortunately, that pricing is no longer available. We continued to enjoy the shrimp until our last visit, when we discovered it has been removed from the menu entirely. Over the years, several other items have also disappeared, but this one was particularly significant for us. I really hope that the person in charge of the menu understands how much customers cherish certain dishes. While change can be beneficial at times, it can also be disappointing. A loyal family customer. P.S. Please bring back the Polka Dog!"

"Everything was excellent about this place. Came with family and a few of my family members had been here before and highly recommended, especially my brother who tends to not go to the same establishment more than once, so I knew it had to be good. I got the salmon cheesesteak the Amari way. It was absolutely delicious. Got it with the seasoned potatoes instead of fries and it was so good. My aunt also let me taste her seafood omelette and I said that would be the next thing I purchase when I go back, because I definitely will be going back. The owner came out and spoke with us and was absolutely friendly and informative. As we were there late and they were closing, he asked us if we minded that they would be cleaning around us. We were happy that he communicated with us, and we were done eating at that point anyway. I truly cannot say enough good things about Amari’s and am looking forward to returning soon!"

"We will start out with the positives. What we physically ordered, we received which was delivered by Uber Eats. Now for the negatives, which is major. This food was prepared from frozen, not fresh. Dumplings tasted frozen, fried rice was mushy and flavorless (for those who know how fried rice is made, when it’s mushy, you messed up). The only thing that was fresh was edamame and even still it tasted from frozen. Overall, the food tastes commercial and the quality of the food did not meet justification for the price. We were dissatisfied with this purchase and could not eat this food. This review is not for the pho, however, the food we received was not authentic."

"Just like the other locations they have really friendly staff and some really great food. We didn't know they do this so for others keep an this in mind. On Sundays they do a buffet that is only 5 bucks a person. You get their great hot dogs with other things like pulled pork, chicken salad and wings. The dry rub on the wings was a really great sort of fry seasoning that was also sweet. I didn't expect anything great but man those wings were good! The staff here is really kind and just a great overall establishment. Highly recommend. Also if you need a recommendation, try the fish Reuben. It's fantastic!"

"Great sports bar/wing joint in Radford. Was down in Radford Sunday night for an early appointment at the surgery center up the road and was given a recommendation by by VT grad brother to check out Sharkey's. Excellent tip brother! Sharkey's is a large sports bar with at least 30 TVs all around the room with just about every sport imaginable playing. We were seated quickly and our server was very nice. My son and I were hankering for wings so but there was an interesting appetizer we wanted to try so got the Crabby Fries...Cajun crab dip over seasoned waffle fries. Sure it was a bit of a heart attack on a plate but boy were they tasty. For the wings we split a half-bucket (25 wings) getting half mild garlic and half honey siracha. The wings were cooked to perfection and very good. To top it all of, we had the chocolate chip brownie a la mode for dessert, which was also very good. Overall a great experience."

Customer service suffers and there seems to be no respect for cleanliness.That place needs to be cleaned and the elder lady definitely needs help on a Saturday night. We waited 1 hr and 1/2 for food. I should never hear a dispute between the supervisor and the line Cooks about avoiding work. They couldn't complete our order after selling food we had already ordered to the next customers. I should never know when someone with a fresh concept is going to put something in the microwave and serve it on the line. The same dust and grease film on those pictures and That same air conditioner have been pushing out dirty air over all that food for over a decade. I don't see what I don't know you can look in the pictures and see the same dirty wall perpendicular to the same AC . I understand the concept of a shack, hole in the wall vibe and no doubt that would be beautiful if it were clean and the older lady is not overwhelmed, taking orders, serving and cooking food. God bless her heart but she's licks her hands while serving food. You can tell the flavor is good but the quality was sub par. The macaroni cheese was overcooked both the noodles and the hard cheese at the top. Unfortunately I won't be going back nor will I advise anyone to go until I see a revamp of pride."

"NASTY! I ordered chicken wings with fries and the chicken had no flavor. I also ordered a lemon juice and it was way too sour. Their fries are okay but everything else was disgusting. My friend ordered a sandwich and it was disgusting. Their mangu is justnot it. It kind of makes me upset how they are a Dominican business and they cant cook. My other friend tried it and threw upbecause of how bad their chicken was. She asked me if this is how our food was and I got embarrassed because this business ismaking Dominican food look bad. Their flan isn't bad its just too hard but otherwise you guys get 1 star because the fries wereokay. Sorry but this business is not for me."

"Server inattentive and gone for long periods of time. Requested ingredients on a burger that were left off. Server didn't check in after food arrived, so we waited 10 minutes for her to appear to get a bottle of ketchup, which took another 2 minutes to be delivered. Glasses weren't refilled at all. We asked for a box just to get out of there and it took her so long, we finished the food."
