I was excited about trying this place, but will definitely take my business elsewhere due to none other than that single irresponsible and childish response. Ugh.. that makes me sick. RESPONSE: I clearly stated I have not visited the store. I did not review anything I didn?t see with my own eyes. I noticed your careless response to a customers concern, and again, that?s all I need to take my business elsewhere. Why would I support a business ran by someone who only cares about positive ratings, but not the feedback they can learn from? I know, I wouldn?t. Btw, I don?t know if you noticed, but I have a starry badge next to my name because I?m a Google Local Guide, Level 10, which is as high as one can go on the Google Local Guide spectrum. You may want to take those concerns seriously, bc my review will forever remain at the top, as it takes a long time and a lot of reviews to reach Level 10, so until another Level 10 comes along (only a few in the state and I?m one of them), my response will remain. Alternatively, you can make it right with the customer who provided that original feedback, then I?ll remove my constructive feedback (not negative, just want to help). I truly care about small businesses and love seeing them succeed. I would love to support yours. Make it right, that?s all I ask."
