"WOW! It is the only word to describe our experience. First, it was our 15 year wedding anniversary. Secondly, we were looking for something different and our search led us to Canyon Grille. Let’s just say we were blessed from the moment we walked in. Our server took our name and immediately introduced us to RACHEL who immediately provided us with wonderfully mixed cocktails and took wonderful care of us as we waited for our table We were quoted 10 15 minutes; within 5 minutes we were repositioned to a perfect table with a great view and immediately Met SCOTTY and RAY RAY. They were superbly attentive and made sure what was available for the evening fare. Being it was Thursday evening, we discovered it was their “Prime Rib Special” evening and, after perusing the items on the menu decided that we would indulge our palates with the prime rib Being an international travelers and people who appreciate fine, exquisite dining experiences, we were absolutely impressed. The appearance/presentation of the entree was top notch and SCOTTY and RAY RAY’s attentiveness made us feel so well cared about As the meal drew to a conclusion, we had the chance to met the GM HERBIE who was so personable and warm and made the evening that much more perfect Discovering it was our anniversary, HERBIE delivered a superior Tiramisu dessert which capped one of our finest culinary experiences. Summary: If you are desiring a place that has exquisite ambiance, food and people, look no further than Canyon Grille. Thank you HERBIE, SCOTTY, RAY RAY and RACHEL…"

"We have been coming to the Chrome Bar and Grill for several years, soon after they opened. It is a good alternative place to go when you just want a simple and reasonably priced dinner before an event. The club sandwich and their hamburger are particularly good. The staff, also, are friendly and helpful. That said, they aren't perfect: they forget requested items and don't bring spoons when you order coffee which requires you to use your fork or knife for stirring. But I'm sure this can be fixed with a little better training. The odd thing is, they were closed for several months June early November) for renovations, and upon going there recently, nothing much has changed. In fact it looked better before. You can see where they removed a corner booth, and there is actually bare concrete exposed, with markings painted on the floor for the contractors' use, probably for electrical or other placements; the carpet is obviously the same. The walls might have been painted white and the bar area simplified which makes everything look sterile. Again, it looked much better, warmer, and inviting before. One can only imagine why they were closed for so long, and what they were really doing in there. Questioning upper management's decisions is like questioning the government, God only knows why they do things and the final outcome is worse. Another criticism although not much can be done about this) is that once in a while there are a bunch of people sitting at the bar yelling their heads off while watching a ballgame or something on the TV, and it's kind of annoying. I know it's a bar, too, but sometimes it's hard to eat. But really, this hasn't happened too much. Overall I gave this place a solid 4 stars because of the bottom line the food and staff) is good and enjoyable for the money."

"My husband and I went to this restaurant in the past and years ago, there was a better selection of foods to choose from. I checked the internet and it said that with a pasta dish, you get a salad as a side dish. For other entrees, you get two sides....it says on the internet and in the Entertainment Book (Coupon book for the Cleveland area). Well, the waitress, who was very pleasant, said that as far as getting a salad as a side dish, the menu changed a year and half ago. Well, why wasn't this changed for the current Entertainment Book for this year and why is it still listed the same way on the internet (which could be changed easily via a computer) instead of having customers coming in and expecting a side dish or salad to be a part of the meal and not an extra charge? We ended up getting the salad (a small salad with some greens, 2 small cherry tomatoes, some croutons, etc...FOR $5.00 EACH!!! This was a real rip-off. We also got squiggly pasta with a cheesy sauce with a very minimal amount of vegetables (this was supposed to be a pasta primavera)....it was OK, not great. To drink, only water. We got a few rolls...very average. The price of the pasta dish alone was listed in our coupon book as $16.00, but it had changed to $18.00....which in itself is a rip-off. Pasta is a very cheap dish to make and to put a few vegetables that you can barely see mixed in it....NEVER AGAIN!!!! We will never go back to this place. I have a hunch that not very many people come to this restaurant....it is off the beaten path and there are quite a few restaurants in the area that you can get a meal for a lot cheaper and be satisfied."
