"Times visited: 3+ Franchise: I 've eaten Marcos a few times across the valley and I think my consensus is that they 're a great local feeling competitor to Dominos. You have some pretty fresh delicious tasting pizzas, for a price that hurts without coupons. I definitely think you should give them a try if you haven 't already, as I feel for most people after your first order you 'll know whether or not you like them better than Dominos. They offer some unique flavor combinations, and their free cheese bread coupon is definitely worth doing the obnoxious survey for. It 's also a great deal if you can get the large pepperoni for 10 bucks online. Of the two desserts, didn 't care for the cinnamon squares, something really chemical tasting about them, but the brownies were excellent. Location: Ordering for delivery or pickup seems to always be a mixed bag. We ordered for pickup twice and delivery through GrubHub once. It 's clear that you have to plan your dinner 1 or even 2 hours in advance if you want your pizza by a specific time. One time we tried doing delivery and it said it would take 3 hours, but pick up would only take 30 minutes. So I 'm not sure what that 's about. But, it 's fresh food, not fast food, so I understand, and you should too, so I don 't find any issue with all that. The people at the location were really nice when I walked in and it seemed like a clean and fun environment. I liked the outside seating option as well, even though we didn 't do that. Overall, I 'm glad to have given Marcos pizza a chance, and I think that many people will be satisfied, returning customers."

"We have been ordering from this Marcos for several years now and order once a month or so. The last 3 experiences have not been good. Three orders ago my delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to us. Which the gm credited my account for the order and I was satisfied. The order after that the delivery driver Forgot part of the order and had to run back and get it. Which I know sometimes these things happen . The order today I called in to use my credit that's the only way to use the credit) The order was made for delivery I was told 35-45 mins delivery time. An hour later I looked online to check it and noticed the order was wrong, so I called and was told there was only one driver then told there was only 2 drivers. I am not sure how many they have.I know with the way things are now it is hard to get staffing. The lady told me there were 7 orders on the rack waiting to be delivered. She could remake the order and have it delivered, but after waiting an hour for food that hasn't even made it off the rack yet I told her just to credit back my account and I would go elsewhere. If I was originally told they were short staffed I would probably not have ordered in the first place knowing first hand it would be so long before being delivered. Once food has been sitting and starts cooling it changes the texture and taste drastically. In the past we had always gotten food from there, fast and we're very satisfied. I understand there are a lot of challenges these days with staffing and just the economy in general. I would have just wished I was told it was going to be a bit and I wouldn't have wasted an hour waiting on food that was wrong and no telling how long it would take to actually get delivered."
