"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff had unpleasant attitudes, and I wasn’t served or even acknowledged for 30 minutes, despite being the only customer there. There were no apologies or any attempt to make amends. The food wasn’t even fresh after such a long wait. I gave it another try four days ago, but unfortunately, it was the same story, so I decided to leave without ordering. I won’t be returning."

"I recently had lunch at the Waffle Bus with a coworker, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. Although ordering at the counter via a computer took a moment to get used to, it added a modern flair to the dining experience. I chose the chicken waffle combo, which came with fries and a drink, and decided to elevate my meal by adding a fried egg and tomato. The food was served quickly, and the flavors were spot on. The fast service made it an excellent choice for a quick lunch break. I used a fork and knife because the meal could become a bit messy if eaten by hand. Overall, I was impressed with both the taste and presentation of the food."

"I order food from them pretty regularly. For some unknown reason I placed an order on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. I requested that the fish be cooked HARD. Upon arriving to pick up the order there was and order sitting on the counter. When the ladypicked it up I told her I hope that?s not mines, she stated oh no but took the plate to the back. Why in the Sam hell she cameback with the same plate and told me to check it out? Upon arriving home I opened the bag, there was about 10 French fries, fourlittle pieces of fish, tarts sauce watery. I was very disappointed, I was to angry to even call are go back. No worries I wantbe going back."
