"I was hoping to order a drink, but their point system and Wi-Fi have been down for a while, and I was told to either visit Bellevue Square or send an email. It’s clear this shop is being run by new owners or something similar. I wanted to try their puff and Oreo cream, but instead of the small portions they offer, I asked if I could get it in a separate cup and was willing to pay extra for it. The staff said they could add it to the drink I wanted, but based on my previous experiences, I knew they often struggle to make drinks that are already on their menu. I even mentioned upfront that they didn’t seem to have what I was looking for, even though they had all the ingredients. I was then told, “No, we cannot do that.” This is frustrating, especially when just yesterday I was told they could make any drink I wanted. Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money here."
