"Round Table has been my favorite pizza place for the past 50 years, but it just isn't the same anymore. I’ve been enjoying their pizza since the days when a large King Arthur Supreme cost only $4.25—always with shrimp, of course, no anchovies. Those were the early '70s in Fremont, CA. Sadly, the locations around Pleasant Hill have consistently let me down; there always seems to be something off with the pizza.
There is, however, one location that consistently gets it right: the one on Willow Pass Road in Concord. I really should have stuck with them instead of trying out somewhere new. The Oak Park store was simply more convenient, but after my last experience, I won't be going back."
