"In the past, we have really enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but this visit was a completely different experience. When we called to place our order, we were told that they no longer sell the rolls we wanted, which turned out to be untrue once we arrived. Additionally, they refused to sell us individual slices of cake, even though they were already pre-sliced and ready. The employee's attitude was shocking. To top it off, when I got home, the pasta I usually love was incredibly bland and tasteless—I took one bite and ended up throwing the whole bowl away."
