"What a find! With so many options for Chinese food out there, it was wonderful to find a place with great food, excellent service, and a good atmosphere. Portions were ample and fairly priced. The menu had something for everyone, ranging from thetraditional, to the not often found. We started with hand made pot stickers and moved on to tangerine chicken, Schezwan beef,and pork fried rice. The flavors were amazing. Even my picky 8-year-old was impressed. Then we tried the pepper beef and thehouse special Pao Hu pork (pictured). The beef, served on a sizzling hot platter, was tender and delicious. The Pao Hu pork,which we were told is not found elsewhere, was this wonderful blend of crispy but soft pork and peanuts. My wife doesn't likepeanuts but could not get enough of this dish. The staff was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to be back in the area and trysome more dishes (fortunately we have leftovers). I highly recommend."

"we like Asian wok, but a disappointment. I made weeks before the time reservations and requested a window seat. I confirmed the day we dinning and repeated a window. my daughter was from florida and wanted it to be something special with the intention. we have there and in front of the window was a big party that took up the whole room. the hostess was apologetic, but could not do anything about it. the staff is nice and good, but was disappointed when I book the reservations and confirmed sitting on the same day."

"I haven't been here for decades and hoped it was as good as I remember. It was better! My decisions in Chinese restaurants are limited because I am very sensitive to MSG. We were in the neighborhood and I remember that they didn't use MSG, so we decided to get on a whim. I'm so glad we made it! Living in NH, good MSG free restaurants are hard to find, I would have forgotten how good Chinese food could actually be! Next time we want Chinese food, I make the trip here, it's worth the ride!"

"I tried both Thai restaurants in the area: Sopa Thai and Taste of Thai I wouldn't recommend Taste of Thai as they serve cruel foods like lamb. This review is for Sopa Thai Cuisine. As in most Thai food places for some of the dishes you have to choose from vegetable or meat options, but you need to be careful as they use oyster sauce and some curries are not vegan. Our waiter was not open to guide us through the menu for the vegan dishes, he just had a condescending smile and I even felt rushed to order.. so we asked for no oyster sauce and hoped the foods will be vegan. We tried the veganized Pad Thai, Masaman Curry and some appetizers, all on request made without oyster sauce. The food was tasty and fresh. After our dinner we noticed they were also selling the curry pastes and checked the ingredients; sadly some of them had fish or oyster sauce in them luckily not the Masaman curry we had just had. So if you go here, be very careful on what you order and check the curry pastes beforehand. I'm rating it 2 stars for not being accommodating to vegans and lack of knowledge on vegan food. "I dont like leaving a bad review this is my 2nd one in the last week. I dont know what it is with some older asian waiters. They have a personality of a wet sock. Plus wearing a mask made it difficult for the deaf people in our group, who need to readlips. Prices have more than doubled. When was the last time their prices were updated on line? We had the lunch specials whichended up being $20 with tax. Explains why the place was empty. You do not get to choose your soup or appetizers. The soup wascrazy salty....... sorry to say I havent even a clue what it was. Waiter would not say. The cucumber with dressing were good,walnut shrimp was good too. Rice needed something....... not salt! The only condiments was salt, pepper soysauce. A garlic, peanut sauce or any kind of sauce would have been nice. But nothing salty. I would be extremely hesitant to come back to thisrestaurant. Maybe they had someone new making the salty soup dull rice. Maybe just an off day? I would really like to havea choice over my appetizers. No substitutions allowed Wont be back to endure the cranky waiter"

"I was excited they opened a Poke place in Cypress. But the service is not good at all. Both times I went the food was delicious but service was horrible. They still had a few hours left to close and the older woman was rushing and looked frantic to get everybody’s order. It was literally just me and one other guy. She was rude and I felt rushed. I wish I could still go here since it’s so close to my house but I’d rather drive down to Ahí Poke where I used to go than deal with that kind of unpleasant energy."

"I really appreciate that all of their poke bowls, even with seaweed salad are gluten free! (I hope that they truly are, as someone with Celiac.)I wish they'd differentiate between the colors between what is dairy free and gluten free as I almost ordered off their hot menu because they place a little circle next to items that are gluten or dairy free.Food was good. Wish I could have had a sauce (they weren't gluten free) because the kale was overpowering. Next time I'd probably get all rice and skip the kale in the poke bowl.Also, staff was unfamiliar with the Yelp check in offer and had to text a manager on 2/11/2022. Not the employee's fault it's management's job to make sure their staff are aware of promotions that they're running."

"My friend enjoys sushi, and this is the closest restaurant to us. However, they are quite negligent and seem to prioritize saving money over customer care. Whenever we order sushi, they use a single container for everything. I'm allergic to raw fish, but instead of being considerate and separating the raw sushi from my cooked items, they place them together. They consistently ignore our special requests and show a lack of attention to detail. I find this behavior incredibly lazy, and I cannot recommend this place."

"This restaurant is my favorite spot for poke. The small poke bowl is very satisfying and costs less than 13 dollars, making it a more affordable option compared to The Little Beet nearby (where the minimum cost is 16 dollars). The brown rice, salmon, tuna, and seaweed are fresh and delicious. It's a budget-friendly option for healthy food, and it's turning me into a fan of poke bowls. For the record, I have tried poke bowls before, but at that time I didn't have a preference for carbs or red meat."

"I was initially hesitant to try a new poke spot due to previous bad experiences, but a friend recommended Sweetcatch Poke at the World Trade Center, so I decided to give it a chance. Even though it was busy, my cashier Luis was friendly and patiently explained the ingredients to me. I ordered the Classic Hawaiian Tuna, and it was incredible—the sweet sesame soy marinade was truly exceptional. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm nearby."
