"I ordered two subs from here today and they gave me the wrong order. When I said something about it being wrong, I got a very unpleasant star from the staff. I wanted to be nice. They assured me they replaced them with the right subs. Even a little waited for me to make them new. When I came home, it was the wrong ones! You lied to me. Because of the dirty appearance and dishonestness. Better."

"I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats for this Chocolate Factory. 15 minutes later I was standing in the restaurant waiting for my order when I got a notification from Uber Eats that the order had been cancelled. I talked to the manager and she told me the order had been cancelled and she didn't know why. This struck me as a lie. I was furious and walked out. I will NEVER order food from this restaurant again. This is a new low after getting brown lettuce in a sandwich and a sundae that was about a 1/3 of the size it should have been several months back."

"Chocolate Factory....you need NEW turkey. You are using a smoked one that is awful. Any other substitutes you can use? I won't be eating here for awhile I guess. Turkey is the only sub I get. Hoping for a Jersey Mike's in our new strip mall! Best turkey!"

"I was very disappointed when I received my The Phoenix. Unfortunately there was no pepper jack cheese that is usually on it. It is the reason I order that sandwich. I love the pepper jack cheese and it just adds so much flavor to the sandwich. so when I first bit into it I knew something was off. and when I checked the sandwich I found out it was missing the pepper jack cheese. I hope next time I order that it is made correctly."
