"I walked in on around 8:30 on a Monday morning, presumably after the morning rush had cleared. They were busy getting lunch ready but acknowledged my presence and were patient in taking my order. The food was fast, hot, good and reasonably priced and a slam dunk choice over the local hotel restaurants. Plenty of comfortable dining room seating with large tv that wasn't too loud or offensive. Now for the cons. Finding the place. Head toward where Delta planes are taking off. It's a totally nondescript office building where you'd never guess there's a restaurant. There are two high tension power line poles at the end of the road turn left into the 2nd parking lot when you see those. Enter the main doors and take the slow elevators or better yet, turn to your left and walk down one flight of stairs. The relatively unappealing office building opens up to a pleasant dining space. Tips: placing your order online seems easy. I started to do this but changed my mind because I wanted the in person experience. No issues with online ordering. I didn't notice a menu until I got all the way into the restaurant. It would be nice to have one on at the door. The ordering process isn't obvious unless someone is in line in front of you. You tell the cashier at the end what you want, you get a slip, and you take that slip to another cashier behind you to pay. That's not obvious. I wasn't sure how I was supposed to get my food, so I sat in the dining room and an employee kindly brought me my order, but I got the feeling I was supposed to wait for it before going to sit down. Overall, very good. Would have given 5 stars if the process finding the place, ordering was easier. Prices are fair, food quality excellent, service good and reasonably swift. Recommended!"

"If you are in a hurry, or care about the craftsmanship of your sandwich do not come to this Togo's.After one unfortunate experience, I came back and gave this place another chance and had the same terrible experience. I have never seen anyone move with the lack of urgency that the woman in charge of making sandwiches moves with in my life. It's to the point where you look around in disbelief because you feel you might be being pranked. And to add to the issue at hand, she will leave your sandwich behind to start working on online orders for people who aren't even inside yet. In the middle of all of this, she's constantly heading to the back to retrieve things one at a time and slowly.Moving past the pace (or lack thereof), the sandwich is made and wrapped horribly. Such a small amount of sauce is applied it might as well be non existent, even after begging more additional sauce. Meats are placed on the bread with carelessness that leads to bites lacking protein because the meat was folded into the crevice leaving the edges near the opening barren. My sandwich was folded with sauce and ingredients completely exposed, there was no effort made to close my bread over my sandwich innards.I added sauce and reassembled the sandwich at home leaving me with a decent product. So if the passage of time isn't problem for you, the ingredients are still your run of the mill Togo's ingredients and you might have a fine time. I will not be going back."

"My wife and I planned a Halloween party for about 20 people for our daughter and her friends and all their parents in our home and backyard in Beverly Hills. We hired and gave our credit card info to rise and shine several days before our planned event. They sent us an email confirmation after choosing our menu and confirmed our event, our order and the date and time of the catering in writing. On the day of the event, they completely dropped the ball, failed to deliver our catering; they did not answer our calls, message or emails to them wherein we repeatedly asked them where they were and about the status of our catering . They literally completely ignored and failed to answer our dozens of calls, messages and numerous emails. We were completely abandoned by them and had to order Postmates and pizza for our guests after they had arrived. This not only caused my pregnant wife and I tremendous anxiety, stress and disappointment, but it was very embarrassing to serve our 20+ guests Postmates and pizza last minute as a last resort. The day after our event, they responded to us via email admitting that they dropped the ball. Too little too late. The damage has been done. They should have answered us on the day of the event and either deliver our catering or inform us that they messed up so we could have at least prepared for an alternative. Instead they completely ghosted on us and abandoned us as their customer. I would not rely on this unaccountable disappointing business. Very saddened and frustrated by the neglectful people who own and operate this business. Shame on rise and shine catering."
