"My wife and I were in St. Louis for a long weekend in 2022 and we toured the St. Louis Arch. I heard something called toasted raviolis were a Thing in St. Louis, so I had to try some. We had an hour to kill before a river boat cruise, so I knew we wouldn 't eat for another two hours, so I figured, what a great time to try toasted raviolis. The Arch Cafe is at the back of the Arch, by where you get the elevator cars up to the top. I ordered the raviolis at the back of the cafe and they were ready in about 6 minutes. There were about ten of them in my basket, and they had a nice toast and not really greasy with a sprinkling of parmesan on top. The marinara sauce was cold, I would have preferred hot, but they were very tasty! Not bad for a place the bottom of The Arch. I don 't need to try toasted raviolis again, but I was glad I did!"
