"What the heck has happened to my beloved Sakura Bana? Had an absolutely terrible meal there today after being out of town for 7 months. The wait staff were all different, the decorations garish, the music loud...and the food was very meh. The dumplings were oily and horrible they used to be amazing. The edamame were under salted. The avocado roll looked like a child had made it. And the 2 chicken teriyaki were served cold. I was mortified as had brought a guest and had raved about how great the place was. My husband also noticed that the place was unusually empty for 700 on a Thursday so word must be out that quality has plummeted. I even asked if there had been a mgmt change.
