"I hate to write this because the açai is very good, but the employee in there was working on something in the back kitchen, making me and a few other customers wait 10 to 15 minutes to get service. She kept saying just a few more minutes, and then never came out. I asked her to just fulfill my order quickly so I can get to work and she would not stop doing whatever she was doing in the back room. I think it’s more important to prioritize customers in the store, rather than worry about an order someone placed. That can be taken care of once the in-store customers leave. I had to walk out because she just wouldn’t help me with my order. Very dissatisfied."
