"I have been a loyal customer of this Round Table Pizza for over a decade, ordering a pizza for delivery every week. The pizza quality, staff, and especially the delivery personnel were always excellent. However, they recently fired their delivery drivers and switched to DoorDash, which seems to have taken over their delivery service. Over a week ago, I ordered a pizza and was informed it would arrive in an hour. After an hour and a half, I called for an update and was told it would be there soon. I called two more times and received the same response. Eventually, after more than two hours, I went outside and found that the pizza had just been left on my doorstep without anyone ringing the doorbell or notifying me. The pizza was cold and even had a bug in it, forcing me to throw it away. I contacted the so-called manager, Alexa, who promised to discuss the issue with DoorDash and arrange for a refund. Ten days later, I’m still waiting for my refund. My transaction was with Round Table, not DoorDash, and I expect my $31.66 refunded immediately."
