"Really disappointed in how the is store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes.I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver.I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store management asap."

"To the Owner; I had an unpleasant experience ordering from Round Table Pizza next to Target, Colma, CA. The driver called me from outside my home, drove off leaving the food in a plastic bag on my front patio wall instead of meeting me face to face. The pizza was burned and didn 't taste good, however, the extra club sandwich and soda was fine. I contacted your store and read the information on my receipt and the number on the box. The store could not identify my name or my order. The store suggested my pizza came from a different location. I specifically ordered from Round Table Pizza next to Target, Colma. I was asked who delivered it and on the receipt it indicated Slice, a third party delivery vendor. I was asked to contact this third party vendor. I contacted the third party Slice and learned they were taking my call from New York State! The customer service person took my call and they immediately identified me, my order and they were the ones who debited my credit card (I thought it was Round Table. They did their best to work out the details of the bad pizza. If anyone wants to give their business online to this Round Table location, do your homework, learn their third policy delivery vendors, who debits your card, and what their refund policy is."

"Tonight this location had to deal with a homeless person having a mental health issue and she was, at times, acting aggressively. I had ordered a pizza to go beforehand, and was asked to wait outside. After the homeless person left (and made threatening gestures to me) Ms. Dawson came out with my pizza and apologized for the delay. And it was great pizza too, all the more notable because of the stress."

"Ordered a pizza from this location and my profile accidentally put in chicken pizza instead of veggie. My wife went to go pick the pizza and was met by a very rude staff, a Caucasian female at this location. My wife understood that the mistake was on ourend but requested if they would make a veggie pizza, she jumped on a call with the manager and passed rude and nasty commentsuntil the manager told her to make the veggie pizza and give it to my wife. We order from this location very frequently,although our issue was resolved, we still won't go back to this location to deal with the nasty staff and customer service. Sucha shame that a popular brand like this have incompetent people working there that drive business away. Never going back. I don'tunderstand if ppl don't like their jobs why don't they just find another one instead of staying and ruining a popular brand likeRoundtable."

"The manager at this location remembered me starting from my second visit. I have a unique order and he always makes sure it is correct. (No cheese They always ensure they ask if you are in the military or are a vet in order to make sure you get the proper discount. My most recent order was delivery and they contacted me after delivery to ensure everything was correct. Signing up for the loyalty (or is it royalty? program was such a good deal. I have taken advantage of different specials from that program with each order. I wish their system would remember I am a vet. Other than that, I really enjoy this location. I recently moved to Silverdale from Bellevue. The closest Round Table was previously 20+ miles, not it is less than 1.5."

"As the de facto social event coordinator at my work, I am always looking for venues to host large gatherings. Honestly, it's not an easy job. Aside from budget limitations, most of our people and retirees are scattered all over the Bay Area. Finding a budget-friendly spot that is easy for them to travel to has become a difficult task these days. This Round Table is one of my favorite venues. It's conveniently located in Alamo Plaza, not far from the Stone Valley exit of Hwy 680. The plaza itself is nicely maintained, with no noticeable vagrancy and ample parking. The restaurant is on the north end, next to the CCCSO substation. The interior is decently sized, with a small bar area and a private room that can host up to 20-30 people. It also has a nice small patio area out front. We have hosted several pizza parties here in the past few years. The owner and his staff are friendly and easy to work with. We usually spend anywhere from $600 to $1,000 per event and they have always waived the room fee for us. We have never had a bad experience here. The food and beer are consistently good. If you are looking for a spot to host a pizza party, keep them in mind!"

"When you think of Round Table Pizza , you suddenly think of the days going in their restaurant complete with wood paneling everywhere, stained glass lamps, arcade machines, and a full-service salad bar. At least that was my impression of their pizzaparlors growing up. As far as consistency, this place has always been an average and somewhat predictable experience. Thistakes me to the Florin Road location tucked in the Bel Air shopping center in between S. Land Park Dr. and Freeport Blvd. in thePocket/Greenhaven neighborhood of Sacramento. Since this particular location is close to my work building, I decided to pick upan extra large King Arthur 's Supreme pizza for pick-up around 12:00pm. As far as the interior layout of this place goes, thisparticular Round Table has been modernized and updated complete with faux-wood flooring, up-to-date tables/chairs, and a veryextensive beer pouring station. It definitely is spacious and has that nice sports bar feel complete with a few big screen TV 's;perfect for watching a sporting event. Upon entry, it was not very busy. But at least the pick-up process of my pizza was verysimple as they provided extra paper plates, packs of crushed red pepper parmesan cheese, and lots of napkins with my pizza.After making the quick 7 minute drive back to my office, there was an abundance toppings while the pizza itself was piping hot.To those of you that don 't know, the King Arthur 's Supreme has been one of their signature flagship pizzas that includespepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, linguiça, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and black olives with zesty red sauce. The onedrawback of this place is the price. I understand how much inflation has gone up but an extra large version of this pizza cameto about $42 after tax. Definitely not cheap considering you can get much better deals for the same quality at several otherplaces. Overall the pizza was above average and cooked well. Service was average. "1. The personal-sized pizza at this franchise should adhere to corporate standards, which offer a thicker crust option across all locations. Unfortunately, this owner seems to be cutting costs by only providing the standard thin crust for personal sizes. While a medium pizza can be made with a thick crust, customers are not given the same choice for personal sizes. 2. There is a serious fire code violation: the exit door remains locked during business hours. This poses a significant issue for disabled senior citizens who cannot exit the restaurant without using the entrance. If the entrance is busy, customers trying to leave are forced to wait for incoming patrons to cross. According to building regulations and the Las Vegas fire department, all exit doors must remain accessible during business hours. The restaurant must not lock these exits.
