"I was walking down Main St last Tuesday night when I saw the sign in the window for Brazilian food. I thought, Why Not? as I love trying new places.I was having trouble reading the menu, so I spoke with Josie, who is joint owner with her brother Edgar. They are both lovely people.I asked how much it would be for just a salad, not ckicken, no beef, just veggies. She said it would be six dollars. I thought that was pretty good and said okay. I was expecting the tiny sized garden salad that they normally tease you with at the Italian restaurants, but no, Josie brought out this huge plate of salad.It was finely cut and shredded romaine lettuce, not iceberg. That 's always a plus! It had tomatoes and other veggies, and as an added touch she even put sliced strawberries on the top! (It was like starting with dessert! I asked for the dressing on the side.The salad was so tasty and fresh, so refreshing and energizing, and it took me some time to finish it, as it was a mountain of salad!I 'm considering making Fino Sabor a regular stop now on Tuesdays.Here 's a quick poem:I loved my salad at Fino Sabor!I will be back to have some more!For only six dollars it is even a score!I 'll be back, yes I will, at Fino Sabor!Thanks Josie!
